Window Asia Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Year 2023, Payable on 9 May 2024 Window Asia Public Company Limited announced that at its board meeting held on 28 February 2024, resolved to approve significant matters as follows: Approve the dividend payment from operating results of the year 2023 at the rate of THB 0.023 per share for the existing shares of 888,000,000 shares, totaling of THB 20,424,000. The record date to determine the eligible shareholders for the dividend is on 23 April 2024 and the dividend payment date will be on 9 May 2024. However, the right to receive such dividend is subject to the approval of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
