Saam Development Public Company Limited Announces Board and Committee Changes SAAM Development Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on 17 January 2025 approved the resignation of Mr. Manukitti Nitisutthi from his position as a Company Director and a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Development Committee, effective January 20, 2025. His resignation was due to ongoing health issues requiring regular medical consultations, which prevent him from fully performing his responsibilities as a Director. To fill the vacant positions, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint: Ms. Krittiya Honghiran as a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Development Committee, effective January 20, 2025. Mr. Poramin Insom as a Company Director, effective January 24, 2025. Mr. Poramin Insom is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of digital assets and digital platforms.
