Communication & System Solution Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for Operating Period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, Payable on 22 May 2026 Communication & System Solution Public Company Limited at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 23, 2026, proposed the allocation of profits as a legal reserve and the payment of dividends for the operating results of the second half of 2025 (1 July 2025 - 31 December 2025) The dividend will be paid in cash at the rate of THB 0.02 per share, with a par value of THB 0.50 per share, in an amount not exceeding THB 23,514,781.78. However, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 4/2025, held on 8 August 2025, resolved to approve an interim dividend payment for the operating results of the first half of 2025 (1 January 2025 -30 June 2025) at the rate of THB 0.02 per share, totaling THB 23,514,781.78. The Company has already paid such interim dividend to shareholders on 5 September 2025. Accordingly, when combining the dividend to be paid this time with the interim dividend already paid, the total dividend payment for the operating results of 2025 will amount to THB 47,029,563.56, representing 106.47% of the Company's net profit and retained earnings as shown in the separate financial statements for the year 2025. This is in accordance with the Company's dividend payment policy. The Record Date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the dividend will be 5 May 2026, and the dividend payment date is scheduled for 22 May 2026. Communication & System Solution Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for the Year Ended 31 December 2023, Payable on 24 May 2024 Communication & System Solution Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on 29 February 2024 approved to propose the dividend payment for the annual operating results 2023 from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 by paying cash dividends at the rate of THB 0.02 per share at a par value., THB 0.50, not more than THB 23,514,781.78 or 49% of the net profit of the Company's separate financial statements in 2023, which is in accordance with the Company's dividend payment policy. If the Annual General Meeting for the year 2024 resolves to approve the dividend payment as proposed by the Board of Directors by specifying the list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend (Record Date) on 8 May 2024 and the dividend payment date on 24 May 2024 (the right to receive the dividend is still uncertain Subject to approval from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2024 on 25 April 2024). However, the shareholders must pay income tax on the dividends received under the Revenue Code. (The Company pays dividends from net profit after corporate income tax at a rate of 20%).
