Group Public Company Limited (SET:CIG) agreed to acquire J Ling Solution Co., Ltd. from J LING HOLDING COMPANY, Sathapat Phuthongkam and Danita Kunthikan for THB 660 million on January 27, 2023. As a part of transaction, C.I. Group will acquire 10.5 million shares. After completion, C.I. Group will hold 100% stake in J Ling Solution Co., Ltd.
