P.C.S. Machine Group Holding Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Angkrit Rungrotkitiyot as Chief Executive Officer, Expire Date 30 June 2025 P.C.S. Machine Group Holding Public Company Limited announced resignation of Mrs. Angkrit Rungrotkitiyot as chief executive officer. Expire date is 30 June 2025. Terminate Reason: Resigned from position /the company due to health problems which affect working performance. However, the resignation shall not impact the company's operation. P.C.S. Machine Group Holding Public Company Limited Approves Cash Dividend for the Operating Period from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024, Payable on 20 May 2025 P.C.S. Machine Group Holding Public Company Limited announced at annual general meeting of shareholders for 2025 held on April 25, 2025, approved the dividend payment from the operating result of the company for 2024, at the rate of THB 0.25 per share, totaling THB 381.25 million. After the deduction of interim dividend payment for the accounting period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, at the rate of THB 0.10 per share, totaling THB 152.50 million, as aforementioned above, the company will pay the remaining dividend for the second half of 2024 performance, which was from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024, at the rate of THB 0.15 per share, from total of 1,525,000,000 shares, amounting to THB 228.75 million. In this regard, the company has scheduled the Record Date to determine the shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend payment on 7 May 2025 (XD on 6 May 2025) and the dividend will be paid on 20 May 2025. お知らせ • May 01
