The Board further proposed the remaining dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.48 per share for 336,087,412 shares, totaling approximately THB 161,321,958. This remaining dividend consists of THB 0.07 per share paid from the net profit exempted from corporate income tax (BOI) and THB 0.41 per share paid from the net profit subject to corporate income tax (Non-BOI). The Board of Directors has set March 13, 2026, as the Record Date to determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend, and the cash dividend payment is scheduled for May 22, 2026. All cash dividend payments will be subject to withholding tax at the rate prescribed by law, which the Company will deduct entirely from the cash dividend amount. However, the dividend payment is subject to the approval of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Ex-dividend date is 12 March 2026.
