Strela - Obrenovac A.D. proposed to acquire remaining 83.23% stake in Lasta a.d. (BELEX:LSTA) from group of shareholders for RSD 1.3 billion. Strela - Obrenovac A.D. proposed to acquire remaining 83.23% stake in Lasta a.d. (BELEX:LSTA) from group of shareholders for RSD 1.3 billion on April 28, 2025. Strela - Obrenovac A.D. will acquire 1.9 million shares at a price of RSD 665.45 per share. The sellers include Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia, Serbia, National Employement Service of Serbia, Republicki fond za zdravstveno osiguranje and others. Upon completion, Strela - Obrenovac A.D. will own 100% stake in Lasta a.d. The bid will remain open until May 19, 2025. New Risk • Sep 20
