Science Park Of The Philippines, Inc., Asset Growth Inc. and Regatta Holdings, Inc. will pay an earnout/contingent payment of PHP 25 million cash. As part of consideration, PHP 325 million is paid towards common equity of Hermosa Ecozone Development Corporation. The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board.
