お知らせ • Jun 22Bharat Forge Limited Recommends Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended on March 31, 2022, Payable on August 19, 2022Bharat Forge Limited announced in further to letter dated May 16, 2022, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2022, had recommended final dividend of INR 5.50/- i.e. at the rate of 275% per equity share having face value of INR 2/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to final dividend, the Company has fixed July 15, 2022 as the Record Date. The payment of dividend, if approved at the 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 12, 2022 will be made on or after August 19, 2022.

お知らせ • Apr 20Bharat Forge Limited (BSE:500493) completed the acquisition of 26% of stake in Avaada Mhvidarbha Private Limited.Bharat Forge Limited (BSE:500493) agreed to acquire 26% of stake in Avaada Mhvidarbha Private Limited for approximately INR 110 million on February 9, 2022. The completion of the acquisition is subject to the receipt of all consents, permissions required to be obtained by AMHVPL from regulatory authority for open access for captive consumption of electricity. Upon receipt of required approvals, Bharat Forge shall acquire 26% of paid up share capital of AMHVPL, resulting in AMHVPL becoming an Associate of Bharat Forge. Bharat Forge Limited (BSE:500493) completed the acquisition of 26% of stake in Avaada Mhvidarbha Private Limited on April 19, 2022. Bharat Forge acquired 11.375 million shares of Avaada Mhvidarbha for INR 10 each for a total consideration of INR 113.75 million.
