(KOSDAQ:A054630) announced a private placement of 1,150,000 shares at an issue price of KRW 870 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 1,000,500,000 on November 23, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Daewon Agricultural Co., Ltd. The company will raise funding through third party allocation increase.
