Huntz, Jr., and Deepak Raghavan from its Board of Directors, effective May 13, 2025. Mr. Huntz served on the Manhattan Board and as Chair of its Audit Committee for over 26 years, and as Chairman of the Board for the last 22 years. Dr. Raghavan co-founded Manhattan in 1990, served as its head of technology, and then its head of product strategy, as well as on its Board, through 2002. Following their retirement, the Board appointed Eddie Capel as Executive Chairman of the Board. Most recently, since his retirement as President and CEO in February, Mr. Capel has served as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board. Manhattan’s Board also appointed current Board member Thomas E. These out-of-the-box AI agents, powered by large language models (LLMs) and Manhattan's cloud-native, all-microservice API architecture, will autonomously perform tasks, adapt to changing conditions, and dynamically orchestrate workflows. This breakthrough marks a generational leap from traditional chatbots and static workflow configurations to dynamic, intelligent, and situationally aware orchestration across the entire supply chain and commerce lifecycle. Among the first AI agents announced are the Intelligent Store Manager, Labor Optimizer Agent, Wave Inventory Research Agent, Contextual Data Assistant, and Virtual Configuration Consultant. These digital agents allow users to interact with Manhattan applications using natural language, understand complex requests, bypass traditional interfaces to surface data, drive optimization, and efficiently resolve disruptions in real time across critical supply chain commerce operations. To further empower customers and partners to innovate at their own pace, the company also launched Manhattan Agent Foundry™?, a platform designed to enable organizations to rapidly build and deploy their own agents within the Manhattan ecosystem. Customers can now create specialized agents tailored to their unique processes and preferences, drastically reducing time-to-value, increasing automation scalability, enhancing productivity, and delivering tangible business value. They can also lean on Manhattan or third-party partners to develop these specialized agents. All agents built in Manhattan Agent Foundry are compatible with emerging industry standards, including A2A and MCP protocols, ensuring seamless interoperability with third-party agent platforms such as Google Agentspace. Huntz, Jr., and Deepak Raghavan from its Board of Directors, effective May 13, 2025. Mr. Huntz served on the Manhattan Board and as Chair of its Audit Committee for over 26 years, and as Chairman of the Board for the last 22 years. Dr. Raghavan co-founded Manhattan in 1990, served as its head of technology, and then its head of product strategy, as well as on its Board, through 2002. Since then, he has continued to serve on the Board, including as Chair of its Nomination and Governance Committee. Following their retirement, the Board appointed Eddie Capel as Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Capel joined Manhattan in 2000, served as President and CEO from 2013 to February 2025, and has been a board member since July 2012. Most recently, since his retirement as President and CEO in February, Mr. Capel has served as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board. Manhattan’s Board also appointed current Board member Thomas E. Noonan as the Board’s Lead Independent Director and Danielle Sheer as a director. Mr. Noonan has served on Manhattan’s Board since 1999, and as a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees, most recently serving as the Compensation Committee Chair. Mr. Noonan is co-founder and current general partner of TechOperators, LLC, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm and has served as a director of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., since September 2016. He previously co-founded, and is former chairman, president, and CEO, of Internet Security Systems (sold to IBM). Ms. Sheer serves as Chief Trust Officer at Commvault Systems, Inc., a B2B provider of data protection and data management software, and is on the Board of LinkSquares, Inc., a provider of leading contract management software.
