The balance of 25% of shares in Fertiva will be held by two former ICH shareholders, who will now be a part of the Fertiva management team. The closing of the transaction remains subject to the fulfillment of a number of conditions, including obtaining required regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2023.
