GTT Data Solutions Limited Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective June 15, 2026 GTT Data Solutions Limited had received resignation letters from Mr. Deepak Abasaheb Shinde, Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Nitin Neminath Patil, Non-Executive Non Independent Director. Both directors resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 15, 2026 due to personal reasons and other commitments. Pursuant to their resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director and Non-Executive Non Independent Director of the Company, Mr. Deepak Shinde and Mr. Nitin Patil respectively were deemed resigned from all committee positions of the Board, as a member/chairman as applicable. Mr. Deepak Abasaheb Shinde confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter. Mr. Nitin Neminath Patil confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter. Mr. Deepak Abasaheb Shinde stated that his decision was necessitated due to a change in his personal interests in another organization forming part of the promoter group and that his continuing on the Board as an Independent Director may be perceived to compromise his independence. Mr. Nitin Neminath Patil stated that his resignation was due to increased professional and personal commitments which require his greater attention and time, and he was unable to devote sufficient time to the affairs of the Company. Both directors also tendered their resignation from all committees of the Board in which they currently served, where they were a member or chairperson.
