As part of the consideration, 2.4 billion was paid towards common equity. Mr. Seth started as the founding MD of British Telecom in India in 1995 and built it to its current leadership position in managed telecom services andoutsourced IT and back office operations. He has also helped incubate both Airtel and Mahindra BT in mid-90's into what now is the global Airtel and Tech Mahindra . He had been very active with Government and Regulators on shaping Telecoms Policy and IT policy by being an elected member of Nasscom for more than a decade. He is currently serving as an independent Director on the board of companies like, Jubilant Pharmova Ltd, Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd.
