Synagistics Limited Unveils Geene 2.0 to Advance Enterprise AI Commerce Across Asia
Synagistics Limited unveiled Geene 2.0, an enterprise intelligence ecosystem designed to help businesses overcome fragmented AI adoption into scalable commercial deployment, operational efficiency and measurable business value. Geene 2.0 was co-developed by Synagie, the Group’s flagship digital commerce and technology brand, in collaboration with 11 founding partners across artificial intelligence, data, media, content, commerce and blockchain, including BytePlus, Singdata and Yiwise. The ecosystem connects business intelligence with strategy, content creation, customer engagement, commerce execution and product verification, powering AI adoption across the full commercial value chain with greater transparency, governance and trust. Geene 2.0 is designed for e-commerce, retail, consumer goods and brand-led enterprises seeking to integrate AI into their commercial operations. The platform will be delivered through a software-as-a-service model and is scheduled for commercial availability from 8 August 2026. Geene 2.0 addresses this challenge through a Trusted AI Commerce model, bringing AI, data, media, commerce and blockchain together within a single enterprise ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions tailored to brand, retail and e-commerce operations. By connecting intelligence, execution and verification across the full commerce lifecycle, the platform enables more coordinated decision-making, scalable deployment and measurable commercial outcomes, while strengthening transparency, accountability and trust. The platform was co-developed by Synagie and 11 ecosystem partners: BytePlus, China Mobile International, SingData, FLY Entertainment, Mei Ah Entertainment, DataCloud, Yiwise, Zeneva, DU-MAS, International Brand Centre and Masverse. Each partner contributes specialist capabilities across AI models, data infrastructure, predictive analytics, media, content, customer engagement, blockchain verification and commerce operations. Together, the 12 founding partners form one of the region’s first cross-industry collaborations spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise data, the creator economy, media, commerce and blockchain. At the core of Geene 2.0 is Synagie’s proprietary ASSET Intelligence Engine, which coordinates five connected layers of AI-powered commerce: Analyse: Turn market, customer and business data into actionable intelligence. Strategise: Recommend AI-driven commercial strategies and business decisions. Storytelling: Generate multilingual marketing, commerce and customer content. Execute: Automate commerce operations, customer engagement and sales workflows. Trust: Verify products, AI actions and business claims through blockchain-backed traceability. The five layers guide businesses from data analysis and strategic planning through content creation and commercial execution to verification, creating a structured pathway for trusted AI adoption across the commerce lifecycle. Synagie has commercially deployed Geene 2.0 through AGONG Durian, a premium Malaysian durian brand supplied and blockchain-tagged by founding partner DU-MAS. For AGONG Durian, Geene 2.0 consolidates sales, customer and channel data to analyse market demand, generates AI-powered commerce content, supports digital sales operations and allows consumers to access blockchain-verified information on product origin, harvest details and supply-chain provenance. The deployment demonstrates how Geene 2.0 connects business intelligence, commerce execution and blockchain-backed product verification within a single ecosystem. For AGONG Durian, this supports more informed commercial decisions, stronger customer engagement and scalable cross-border commerce, while allowing consumers to access verified information on product origin, harvest details and supply-chain provenance. By strengthening product authentication and transparency, the platform also helps build greater consumer confidence in premium fresh produce. The AGONG Durian deployment demonstrates how Geene 2.0 can translate the Group’s AI, data and digital commerce capabilities into practical enterprise solutions with clear commercial applications. The model is designed to be replicated across sectors including retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare and luxury products, where authenticity, compliance and traceability are becoming increasingly important business priorities. Geene 2.0 has the potential to support wider commercial adoption of AI-enabled and blockchain-backed solutions across Asia, with additional deployments planned throughout 2026. Synagistics’ flagship e-commerce and technology brand, Synagie, has partnered with National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) to make Geene 2.0 accessible to eligible Singapore companies through the Company Training Committee Grant. The initiative supports the adoption of practical AI solutions while helping businesses enhance productivity, strengthen decision-making and develop workforce capabilities in line with NTUC’s 3Ws agenda of Wages, Welfare and Work Prospects. Synagie is also collaborating with the Singapore Industrial and Services Employees’ Union to support workforce AI readiness. The Group intends to work closely with partners in other markets to expand the regional adoption and commercial application of Geene 2.0.
