For the period ended January 31, 2026, Anysphere, Inc reported total assets of $3.1 billion and had $2.7 billion of cash and cash equivalents. The transaction is subject to subject to antitrust regulations, regulatory approvals, approval by the shareholders of Anysphere, Inc., listing of shares to be issued as merger consideration, and other customary closing conditions.
