Efecte Oy (HLSE:EFECTE) signed an agreement to acquire requeste from Sysart Oy for approximately €0.36 million. Efecte Oy (HLSE:EFECTE) signed an agreement to acquire requeste from Sysart Oy for approximately €0.36 million on August 21, 2023. The purchase consideration is payable from the Efecte's cash assets in two tranches upon closing and in May 2024. Requeste currently has four employees in Oulu and net sales approximately €0.5 million for the year ended 2022. Requeste team will join to Efecte.
