This increase not only illustrates the return to profitable growth observed in 2023, but also the board's confidence in the Group's ability to continue its trajectory toward responsible development in both Consumer and Professional businesses. For shareholders having held registered shares for more than two years, the dividend will be increased by a loyalty premium of 10%, taking the total dividend to €2.88 per share (for holdings below 0.5% of the capital for a single shareholder). With the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 23, 2024, the coupon detachment date is set for June 3, 2024, and the dividend will be paid on June 5, 2024.
