Mr. Emmett brings over 30 years' international experience in banking and financial services, including more than25 years with HSBC, where he held a number of senior executive and leadership roles across the UK, Europe and other international markets. He served as Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank plc and HSBC Europe, with responsibility for the UK wholesale bank and European operations and was instrumental in the delivery of UK ring-fencing, Brexit readiness, balance sheet restructuring and significant strategic repositioning initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Emmett served as Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Bank plc, overseeing large-scale systems and operational transformation.
