The integration of Zenet will allow us to expand our structural precast offering, increase production capacity and improve operational efficiency, reinforcing our position in a construction market increasingly focused on productivity, sustainability and reduced build times. This marks the third acquisition we announced in our precast business in recent months, following the acquisition of Concremat in Portugal and Baupartner in Southeast Europe.
