As part of consideration, an undisclosed value is paid towards common equity of Enefit Green AS. Upon completion, Eesti Energia AS will own 100% stake in Enefit Green AS. The goal is to increase Eesti Energia's shareholding in Enefit Green to at least 90%, which would allow them to initiate a squeeze-out process for the remaining shares and delist Enefit Green from the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.
