In terms of earnings before taxes (EBT), it continues to expect a figure within the range of EUR 430 million to EUR 550 million. For the period, the company raised its previous forecast for the financial year 2022 significantly and now expects consolidated revenue for the financial year 2022 to be between EUR 2.8 billion and EUR 3.1 billion (previously: significantly above EUR 2.28 billion) and earnings before taxes (EBT) for Sixt Group in the range between EUR 500 million and EUR 550 million (most recently: at the upper end of the forecast range of EUR 380 million to EUR 480 million). The current average analyst estimate for the consolidated revenue of Sixt Group for 2022 is EUR 2.87 billion and thus within the raised forecast. The projected EBT EBT range is above the average current analyst estimate of EUR 489 million.

お知らせ • Mar 03+ 1 more updateSixt SE Announces Management ChangesSixt SE announced that Chairman of the Managing Board Erich Sixt will, in agreement with the Supervisory Board, resign from the Managing Board of Sixt SE at the age of 76 years after this year's Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for 16. June 2021. The Supervisory Board has approved the termination of his contract with effect as of the aforementioned date today. Erich Sixt aims to become subsequently a member of the Supervisory Board and to become its Chairman. He will therefore stand for election as a member of the Supervisory Board by this year's Annual General Meeting. The current Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Friedrich Joussen, will resign from the Supervisory Board of Sixt SE after this year's Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board has appointed, as successors of Erich Sixt in the Group Management, his sons Alexander Sixt and Konstantin as joint managing board chairman with effect as of 17. June 2021. Konstantin Sixt joined the company in 2005 and Alexander Sixt in 2009. Both are members of the Managing Board of Sixt SE since 2015 and have played a key role in shaping the success and strong growth of the company. With Alexander and Konstantin Sixt, the fourth generation of the Sixt family will take over the company management.

In a related transaction, Hyundai Capital Bank Europe GmbH offered to acquire remaining 58.1% stake in Sixt Leasing SE on February 21, 2020. Under the plan, Hyundai Capital will acquire shares at a price of €18 per share. The agreement is subject to certain completion conditions, including obtaining financing, merger control and other regulatory clearances. As of July 6, 2020, European Commission approved the transaction. Sixt SE expects the sale to be completed in the second half of 2020.
