Loxley Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for the Year 2024, Payable on 20 May 2025 Loxley Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on 27 February 2025 proposed to the Shareholders' meeting to consider and approve the allocation of net profit for the year 2024 as a legal reserve in the amount of THB 2,946,000, representing 5% of the company's net profit, and to approve the dividend payment for the 2024 performance at a rate of THB 0.03 per share. Loxley Public Company Limited (SET:LOXLEY) agreed to acquire remaining 60% stake in Thai Fiber Optics Co., Ltd from Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. and Furukawa Thai Holdings Co., Ltd for THB 60 million on May 12, 2023. Loxley Public Company Limited signed an agreement to acquire remaining 60% stake in Thai Fiber Optics Co., Ltd from Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. and Furukawa Thai Holdings Co., Ltd for THB 60 million on June 21, 2023. The deal has been approved by board of directors of Loxley Public Company Limited.
