Hills Limited Announces Director Resignations Hills Limited announced that Mr. Harley Whitcombe and Mr. Gunalan (Balu) Jeganathan have resigned as non-executive directors, effective immediately. Mr. Whitcombe and Mr. Jeganathan were nominated as non-executive directors in accordance with the subscription agreement between Hills and Historical Holdings Pty Ltd. (Historical Holdings).
