ABEO and VOGO entered into, with the unanimous approval of their respective Boards of Directors, a combination agreement to define the terms and conditions of ABEO’s proposed acquisition of the VOGO shares that ABEO does not currently hold, through a voluntary public offer without the intention of implementing a squeeze-out.
