DCB Sports, LLC completed the acquisition of Assets of Guild Esports Plc from Guild Esports Plc (LSE:GILD) on October 16, 2024.

While at Endeavor, he sat on the board of FC Diez, the football media company established to operate the Champions League for UEFA's equivalent in Latin America, CONMEBOL. お知らせ • Jan 29Guild Esports Signs Second Sponsorship Agreement with HyperxGuild Esports announced the signing of the Company's second sponsorship deal since its London stock market debut on 2 October 2020. The new agreement is with HyperX. The contract value, which is confidential, is in line with the Company's expectations at the time of IPO. Guild will receive 75% of the consideration in equal amounts over two years in cash. The balance of the 25% contract value will be satisfied in kind with gaming hardware for Guild's pro-players, content creators and academy students and to fit out the Company's headquarters in London.
