The Company’s exploration target is the Upper Phosphatic Zone, a 3.4 to 7.6 metre (11 to 25 feet) interval within the Meade Peak Member, which itself typically comprises 28 to 40 metres (92 to 131 feet) of phosphatic siltstone and phosphorite. This stratigraphic framework is based on the work of William Fedewa (M.Sc. thesis, 1980) from trench observations. Variations in the thickness of the Upper Phosphatic Zone encountered during the current drill program will be confirmed through laboratory assays. Drill Hole MM26-8, located at 724052E, 4568778N, (UTM NAD83) was drilled vertically to a depth of 128 metres (419.8 feet). The drill collar is positioned approximately 100 metres north and upslope from last fall’s drill holes MM25-4&5. MM26-8 intersected an apparent 15.3 metres (50.2 feet) of the Meade Peak unit, approximately half of what was predicted. No significant P2O5 assays were reported. Drill Hole MM26-9, located at 723798E, 4568545N, (UTM NAD83) was drilled vertically to a depth of 146.93 metres (481.93 feet). The drill collar is positioned approximately 100 metres north and upslope from last fall’s drill hole MM25-6. MM26-9 intersected an apparent 42.15 metres (138.25 feet) of the Meade Peak unit. True thickness and the phosphate content of the Upper Phosphatic Zone will be confirmed by assay. While MM26-8 intersected only a portion of the expected Meade Peak section and returned no significant P2O5 values, this outcome is not unusual in stratiform systems where local thinning, structural offsets, or facies changes can influence the expression of the Upper Phosphatic Zone. The team is reviewing several plausible geological interpretations to understand the controls on this weaker interval. Importantly, MM26-9, drilled further along strike to the southwest, intersected a strong 42.15 metres of Meade Peak, reinforcing the continuity we are working to define across the trend. The drill is currently mobilizing to MM26-10 at the Pad 12 site, approximately 1.5 kilometres along strike to the south-west in a new area untested by previous drilling. The Company will release laboratory assay results once received and validated.お知らせ • Jun 11Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. Reports Assays from Drill Hole Mm26-7 At Murdock MountainNevada Organic Phosphate Inc. reported continued strong assay results of a weighted average of 11.82% P2O5 over an apparent thickness of 6.0 metres from drill hole MM26-7, recently completed on its wholly owned Murdock Mountain Property in Elko County, Nevada. The Company’s exploration target is the Upper Phosphatic Zone, a 3.4 to 7.6 metre (11 to 25 feet) interval within the Meade Peak Member, which itself comprises 28 to 40 metres (92 to 131 feet) of phosphatic siltstone and phosphorite. Drill hole MM26-7, located at 724384E, 4569078N, was drilled vertically to a depth of 152 metres (498.6 feet). The drill collar is positioned approximately 100 metres north and upslope from last fall’s drill hole MM25-1, which intersected 38 metres of the target Meade Peak stratigraphy. MM26-7 intersected an apparent 39 metres (127.9 feet) of the same Meade Peak interval. MM26-7 assays returned a weighted average of 11.82% P2O5 over an apparent thickness of 6.0 metres (19.68 feet). MM25-1, previously reported, intersected a weighted average of 10.23% P2O5 over an apparent thickness of 5.12 metres (16.79 feet). Total value of shares sold: €78k This is considered a minor risk. There are several reasons why an insider may be selling, including to cover a tax obligation or pay for some other expense. However, we generally consider it a negative if insiders have been selling, especially if they do so below the current price. It implies that they considered a lower price to be reasonable. This is a weak signal, but if there is a pattern of unexplained selling, it can be a sign the insider believes the company's stock is overpriced. Note: We only include open market transactions and private dispositions of directly owned stock by individuals, not by corporations or trusts. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks No financial data reported. Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (20% average weekly change). Provides Update on 2026 Exploration Program At Murdock MountainNevada Organic Phosphate Inc. reported that drill mobilization for the 2026 exploration program at the Murdock Mountain Project is now under way. The Company has now completed wildlife pre-clearance surveys and the planned bulldozer work for the construction of new drill pads, marking an important operational milestone in preparation for the next phase of drilling. With pad preparation finished, FTE Drilling, the Company’s contracted driller, is now mobilizing equipment and personnel to the property. Once mobilization is complete, drilling will resume with the objective of further evaluating the strike, thickness, lateral continuity, and grade characteristics of the Meade Peak Upper Phosphate Zone, which outcrops across the Murdock Mountain Property. The Murdock Mountain Property hosts a nearly flat-lying sedimentary phosphate horizon within the Meade Peak Formation. The initial 1,813-acre Nevagro Exploration Permit area is interpreted to contain an Exploration Target Mineral Inventory (ETMI) of 10 to 46 million tonnes, grading 3-15% P2O5, based on an average thickness of 3.5 meters and a specific gravity of 2.6. These ranges are derived from historical mapping and academic research and have not been verified by Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. under current NI 43-101 standards. The first six drill holes, completed by Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. late in 2025, have returned an average grade of 10.95% P2O5 over a true thickness of 4.20 meters (13.8 ft), consistent with the geological model for the Upper Phosphate Zone.
