Tredegar Corporation Announces Appointment of Ana Dutra as Independent Director and Member of the Executive Compensation Committee, Effective August 17, 2026 On August 17, 2026, the Board of Directors ("the "Board") of Tredegar Corporation (the "Company") elected Ana Dutra as a director of the Company and also as a member of the Board's Executive Compensation Committee, effective August 17, 2026. The Board affirmatively determined that Ms. Dutra qualifies as an independent director under the Company’s director independence standards and the applicable rules of the New York Stock Exchange. There are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Dutra and any other persons pursuant to which she was elected as a director. Ana Dutra brings more than 30 years of global executive, consulting and public company board experience across technology, manufacturing, financial services, energy, e-commerce and other sectors. She currently serves as an independent director of Pembina Pipeline Corporation and CarParts.com and has served on multiple public company boards, with committee experience spanning audit, compensation, governance, risk, ESG and technology oversight. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dutra served as CEO of Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, where she led the growth of a global business operating across more than 25 countries. She also has senior executive and advisory experience with various organizations, including IBM, CSC, Accenture and Korn Ferry. Ms. Dutra holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a master’s degree in Microeconomics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor’s degree in Microeconomics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Tredegar Corporation Announces Board Changes, Effective May 22, 2026 Tredegar Corporation announced the resignation of George C. Freeman, III and Carl E. Tack, III from its Board of Directors, effective May 22, 2026. Mr. Freeman has served as a director of Tredegar since 2011, and Mr. Tack has served as a director of Tredegar since 2014. Tredegar Corporation also announced the election of Joseph Haniford as an independent director to its Board, effective May 22, 2026. Joe Haniford has served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of River Valley Health since July 2023. Mr. Haniford is expected to be named to one or more committees of the Board at the next scheduled Board meeting. Tredegar Corporation Appoints Susan Sweeney to Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Effective June 1, 2026 Tredegar Corporation announced that Dr. Susan Sweeney will join the company as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective June 1, 2026. Dr. Sweeney will report directly to the CEO. Dr. Sweeney joins Tredegar from Virginia Transformer Corporation, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Her career began at General Motors as Director of Operations, followed by leadership roles at GGB Bearing Technology, where she served as Vice President of Global Operations and later President with full P&L responsibility. She subsequently held dual President and CHRO roles and later served as CHRO at EnPro Industries before joining Virginia Transformer. In addition to her executive career, Dr. Sweeney serves on the Board of Directors of Miller Industries and is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University.
