("Petroborn"), in the IRAI field, where the Company holds an Option to acquire an initial 20% interest, as previously announced on 18th November 2024. EI-1 well work over in the IRAI field, Brazil, confirms sustained gas production at 20,000m3/day (120 BOEPD /706 Mscf), aligning with historical production rates. The well is set to be brought online within the next 7 days, reinforcing Corcel's strategy of acquiring cash-generating assets. The EI-1 well was re-entered for testing at the gas zone, where a gas production rate of 20,000m3/day (120 BOEPD /706 Mscf) was observed during testing operations. As announced on 18th November 2024, the workover of the EI-1 Well, located onshore Brazil in the state of Bahia, is part of a two-well workover program where the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary CRCL Brazil Ltd., holds an option to acquire i) a 20% interest in the IRAI gas field, ii) a Right-of-First Refusal ("ROFR") over the remaining 80%, andiii) another ROFR for 100% of the adjacent TUC-T-172 exploration block ("IRAI Opportunity"), also located in the state of Bahia. The EI-1 Well was drilled in 1963 to a total depth of 576m and was temporarily abandoned by the operator at the time. EI-1 was then re-entered in 2019 and a gas bearing sandstone at 417m was tested and brought online for 22 months between 2020 and 2022. After producing a total of 19.8MMm3 of gas (120,000 barrels of oil equivalent) the well was shut-in for operational and commercial reasons. The EI-1well has now been re-entered again where the gas zone at 417m was tested and completed for production. During the testing operations (2 separate tests of 7 hours and 6.5 hours) a gas production rate of 20.000m3/day (120 BOEPD /706Mscf - at a stabilised rate) was reported by the operator. This rate compares to the historical production performance of the well where EI-1 produced an average of 20,000 m3/day in the last 3 months of production (March-May 2022) before it was shut-in. The operator is now working on the above ground gas production facilities and to connect the EI-1 well to the existing gas production infrastructure at IRAI. It is expected that the well will be brought online within the next7 days, immediately generating revenue to Petroborn, and subsequently to Corcel should it exercise the Option. The IRAI gas field is located in the Tucano Sul Basin, about 110km NW of Salvador, Brazil. IRAI is particularly attractive due to the shallow nature of the gas reservoirs, with producing gas zones ranging in depth from 220-825m across the field area. This, combined with the relatively high gas production rates seen in the field, with the EI-3 well peaking at >40,000m3/day ("250 BOEPD) of gas, provides the Company with a unique opportunity to materially increase production and revenue generation at low rates of expenditure. Gas reservoirs at IRAI are of good quality, and also in the field area. The company has positioned itself to expand its presence in a proven gas-producing region with low-cost, high-margin assets.お知らせ • Feb 18Corcel Plc has completed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of £2.717 million.Corcel Plc has completed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of £2.717 million. The Operator is Sonangol, one of the largest hydrocarbon producers in Angola. Block KON-11 Update: The Operator has now reported the conclusion of initial well test efforts at the TO-14 well in Block KON-11 with ongoing engineering work set to continue. Well clean-up operations using nitrogen resulted in significant water production with oil shows and nominal oil saturation levels. Together with the Block Partners, and given shortages of nitrogen in Luanda, the Operator has made the decision to move to testing the TO-13 well, which has been drilled in what is considered the least drained section of the reservoir and historic field. The equipment move is expected to take approximately 7 days after which formal testing will begin. Subject to a successful well test at TO-13 and related engineering studies, the Operator intends to return to TO-14 and continue well clean-up and testing operations. Additional updates on the Tobais field reactivation and testing program will be provided in due course.New Risk • Mar 30New major risk - Financial positionThe company has less than a year of cash runway based on its current free cash flow trend. Market cap: €8.55m (US$9.23m) This is considered a major risk. Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. The Operator is Sonangol, one of the largest national hydrocarbon producers in Angola. Highlights: TO-14 well - located at the top of an anticlinal structure and an offset well from the largest historic producer in the field, has reached planned target depth of 781m; Full Binga reservoir section (80m) encountered in the well with identical zones encountered as in previous TO-13 well and oil shows throughout; The Operator and CRCL believe the results confirm the ability to reactivate production through an early production system ("EPS") and imply significant hydrocarbon potential remaining; Well clean-up and flow testing now begins on TO-14. The TO-14 well penetrated the entire Binga reservoir section (80m column) with potential pay zones seen in multiple intervals. TO-14, with a total depth of 781m, was drilled in close proximity to TO-4 as an offset well from the best historic producer in the original Tobias field; a well which produced at its historic peak 12,580 bbls/d despite only penetrating the first 8m of the reservoir. The location of the well is at the top of the field's anticlinal structure, set over the larger of the two compartments that constitute the reservoir. TO-14 drilling encountered high fractured Oolitic Limestones in the reservoir with good porosity values. Initial pressure readings support Corcel's predrill thesis that the reservoir has returned to its original pressure levels through active recharge of the system. The TO-14 well found no presence of water during drilling, despite the fact that the offset TO-4 well had been reported to have water out by the end of its production life, further indicating that the field has fully re-equilibrated. Overall, the drilling results for the TO-14 well were positive, with oil shows found throughout the Binga reservoir in alignment with the distribution seen in historic production wells in the Tobias field, confirming both moveable fluids and the ability to reactivate production in the field. Therefore, the consortium is proceeding to testing of the TO-14 and then the TO-13 wells, with the objective of flowing the wells and then moving on to the next phase focused on designing the early production system. As previously announced, KON-11 is considered a brownfield development and includes the historically producing Tobias field, drilled, and developed by Petrofina in the 1960s and 1970s, and inactive since the late 1990s. The Tobias field constituted 12 historic vertical wells, and Corcel and the operator believe that a revised interpretation of the existing structures along with the application of modern drilling and completion technology, including potentially adding sidetracks or horizontal drilling to the Field Development Plan ("FDP") will lead to a higher Original Oil in Place ("OOIP") figure recognized in the reactivated field and subsequently more producible field resource potential. The traditional Tobias field reservoir is in the Binga limestone, located at a depth of approximately 700m along the crest of the structure, with 4-14% primary rock porosity which is enhanced by an extensive, naturally fractured carbonate system. Historic peak production at Tobias was 17,500 bbls/d with 29 MMbbls produced over the life of the field. Corcel's estimated unproduced prospective oil resources are 65 MMbls with 11.7 MMbls net to CRCL. The field will qualify for marginal field fiscal terms, as outlined by the Angolan government, resulting in advantageous royalty, tax and other other projects.お知らせ • Dec 22Corcel plc Announces Board AppointmentsCorcel Plc announce the appointment of Ms. Geraldine Geraldo, Mr. Pradeep Kabra and Mr. Andrew Fairclough to its Board of Directors, and the future appointment of Ms. Jennifer Ayers and Mr. Deepak Kabra, following completion of regulatory checks, thereby complementing and completing its pivot to oil and gas and its dedication to the current and future development of its Angolan onshore oil portfolio.お知らせ • Nov 30Corcel Plc, Annual General Meeting, Dec 22, 2023Corcel Plc, Annual General Meeting, Dec 22, 2023, at 10:00 Coordinated Universal Time. Block KON-11 Operations In continuation of the workplan for Block KON-11, and given the positive results from the Tobias-13 well (with oil shows found throughout the Binga reservoir in alignment with the distribution seen in historic production wells in the Tobias field), the consortium is taking steps towards implementation of an early production system ("EPS"). A well testing program for both TO-13 and TO-14 will commence after reaching total depth of the TO-14 well, with the objective of flowing both wells and designing an EPS. On 14 July 2020 the company announced a positive Warden's Hearing, which is an important milestone in the process of applying for a mining licence to conduct a direct shipping operation. The next key milestone in the process is the award of an environmental permit, which, despite COVID 19 restrictions, the Company expects to receive in the near term. The company also notes a 37.3% rise in Nickel prices since in the last six months, which will underpin the economics of the project. The company and its partner Battery Metals Pty Ltd. ("BMA") continue to take preparatory steps ahead of the ultimate potential award of a Mining Lease. These steps include: developing detailed port access and stockpiling plans; refining capital cost estimates, including for key spend items such as road and bridge construction for Nickel shipment to the port; developing proposals for local compensation agreements and relocation agreements, where required locally; completing baseline Social Mapping; planning the baseline water testing programme; completing initial tax structuring. The Company is delighted to invite investors to an online Q&A platform which it will host together with its partner BMA, which will focus on explaining recent progress in PNG and the planned direct shipping operation. The online event will be held on 3 February 2021 at 0900 UK time. The Mambare Plateau is an elevated 20 by 7-kilometre paleo-plateau in the Ajule-Kajale Range, developed on ultramafics. These ultramafics are overlain by gabbroic rocks and submarine basaltic volcanics. Whilst the project has a long history of exploration digging, it remains largely unexplored with exploration activities to date covering only 3% of the plateau. Pre 1960s exploration consisted of test pitting and hand augering with at least one bulldozer trench being dug. Between 1960 and 1971, 240 auger holes were drilled, and 56 pits and one costean dug. Between 2008 and 2011 exploration campaigns included 7,291m of drilling from 455 holes and 5 test pits, including GPR surveys. The programmes conducted between 2008-12 covered only 3% of the Mambare Plateau, the primary long-term exploration target.お知らせ • Jan 14Corcel Plc Announces Results from the 2020 Exploration Program At the Dempster Vanadium ProjectCorcel Plc announced the results from the 2020 exploration program at the Dempster Vanadium project. Rock and Soil Sampling Results: The work program consisted of rock sampling at the Héon showing in the central part of the project and systematic soil sampling over a grid at the south end. A total of 14 rock and 179 soil samples were collected. The sampling targeted sections of the Canol Formation: a black shale horizon that extends 20km through the project. The Héon showing was discovered by chip sampling in a road cut by government geologists1 that returned 0.26% V2O5 over 7.4m. To confirm this previous result, grab samples were collected at approximately 10m stations on two east-trending lines spaced approximately 60m apart along the edge of a highway borrow pit. All 14 grab samples collected from this site returned strongly anomalous vanadium values ranging from 1,940 to 687 parts per million vanadium ("ppm V") or from 0.35 to 0.12% vanadium pentoxide ("% V2O5") 2. Thirteen of the 14 samples also returned anomalous values for zinc ranging from 2,371 to 301ppm Zn and for silver ranging from 2.2 to 0.8 grams per tonne silver ("gpt Ag"). As expected, Nickel values were weakly anomalous in these 13 samples from 478 to 85ppm Ni. The northern line returned vanadium values from 1901 to 828ppm V (0.34 to 0.16% V2O5) across approximately 20m of the borrow pit's northern edge. Sampling west of the sample sites on this line was prevented by thick gravel. The southern line returned vanadium values from 1940 to 915ppm V (0.35 to 0.16% V2O5) across approximately 90m of the borrow pit's southern edge. The soil grid was completed just north of hole DV07-01 that was drilled by previous nickel explorers in 2007. In September 2019, the core from this hole was found in the field by DVY196, 108 core samples were submitted for analysis and an intersection of 0.39% V2O5, 0.22% Zn and 2.8gpt Ag over 75.9m from 14.1 to 90.0m was determined within a partial section of the Canol Formation3. The grade and thickness of this intersection is comparable to Black Shale Vanadium-type ("BSV-type") deposits being explored elsewhere, most notably in Nevada, USA. The soil grid measured 1,450 km long with east-west lines spaced every 100m. Samples were taken at 50m stations on lines varying from 300 to 1,000m long. Permafrost and thick moss cover prevented sampling at some stations. The soil geochemistry was however, successful despite these conditions, collecting a more than adequate amount of data. A total of 121 of the 179 soil samples returned vanadium values ranging from a maximum of 4,577ppm V (0.82% V2O5) down to an anomalous threshold value of 558ppm V (0.10% V2O5). Eighteen of these samples show values at greater or equal to 2,237ppm V (0.40% V2O5). These strong values track a distinct linear vanadium zone for 1,300m. The zone varies from 150 to 300m wide. Strong zinc and silver values also track the zone as well as weak nickel values. Correlation of these other metals in not perfect but generally the best zinc, silver and nickel values echo the best vanadium values. Seventy-four samples returned zinc values ranging from a maximum of 8,827ppm (0.88%) Zn down to an anomalous threshold value of 952ppm (0.10%) Zn. Eight of these samples show strong values greater or equal to 3,964ppm (0.40%) Zn. Eighty-six samples returned silver values ranging from a maximum of 19.0gpt Ag down to an anomalous threshold value of 2.5gpt Ag. Ten of these samples show strong values greater or equal to 10.7gpt Ag. A total of 48 samples show weakly anomalous nickel values ranging from a background of 196ppm Ni up to a maximum of 1,003ppm Ni.お知らせ • Dec 20Corcel Plc Announces Resignation of Nigel Burton as Non-Executive DirectorCorcel Plc announced that Nigel Burton will step down as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect to focus on a new commitment.お知らせ • Dec 03+ 1 more updateCorcel Plc Provides Update on Burwell Battery Storage Partner BuyoutCorcel Plc announced an update on its Burwell battery storage and solar project (the "Burwell Project"), including the completion of its project economic review and the buyout of the other 50% shareholders. Positive project economic review, resulting in Project Sanction to proceed to "shovel ready" status and Financial Close. Corcel to buy out the remaining 50% interest in Weirs Drove Development Limited ("WDD") thereby becoming the 100% owner of the Burwell Project for £90,000. Following a positive project economic review, the Company confirms its conclusion that, based on current revenue projections (provided by Limejump Ltd, a subsidiary of Shell New Energy Ventures ("Limejump")) and current capital cost estimates, the 50MW battery storage project at Burwell has the potential to offer a robust investor return profile. The Company has therefore sanctioned the project to proceed to "shovel ready" status and thereafter Financial Close. The Company is securing the 100MW 132kV UK Power Networks grid connection offer by paying the associated deposit. The Burwell Project is expected to begin operations in 2022, and as such the project will be entered into the Capacity Market auction for 2025, which would provide a fixed guaranteed source of revenue for the project over a 15-year initial period. The Capacity Market is a government mandated scheme which offers developers guaranteed returns to maintain a reliable energy supply and to avoid potential blackout situations in the UK. Limejump will utilize the battery's capacity for electricity trading purposes in the years prior to the project entering the Capacity Market, at which point the guaranteed revenue stream will come online alongside ongoing trading activities.お知らせ • Dec 02Corcel Plc (AIM:CRCL) agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Weirs Drove Development Ltd from Tim Dobson and Christian Yates for £0.09 million.Corcel Plc (AIM:CRCL) agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Weirs Drove Development Ltd from Tim Dobson and Christian Yates for £0.09 million on December 1, 2020. お知らせ • Feb 24Corcel plc Announces Successful Results of the EI-1 Well Workover, BrazilCorcel Plc announced the successful completion and initial results of the EI-1 well workover as reported by the operator, Petroborn Oleo e Gas S.A. The company has positioned itself to expand its presence in a proven gas-producing region with low-cost, high-margin assets.

Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. お知らせ • Dec 28Corcel plc Provides an Update on the Drilling Results of the Tobias-14 Well in the Onshore Block KON-11, in AngolaCorcel Plc provided an update on the drilling results of the Tobias-14 ("TO-14") well in the onshore Block KON-11, in Angola where it has a 20% working interest (18% net). The field will qualify for marginal field fiscal terms, as outlined by the Angolan government, resulting in advantageous royalty, tax and other other projects.

お知らせ • Jan 26Corcel plc Announces Mambare Project UpdateCorcel Plc provided an update on the company's Mambare nickel-cobalt asset in Papua New Guinea. The programmes conducted between 2008-12 covered only 3% of the Mambare Plateau, the primary long-term exploration target.
お知らせ • Jan 14Corcel Plc Announces Results from the 2020 Exploration Program At the Dempster Vanadium ProjectCorcel Plc announced the results from the 2020 exploration program at the Dempster Vanadium project. A total of 48 samples show weakly anomalous nickel values ranging from a background of 196ppm Ni up to a maximum of 1,003ppm Ni.

お知らせ • Dec 03+ 1 more updateCorcel Plc Provides Update on Burwell Battery Storage Partner BuyoutCorcel Plc announced an update on its Burwell battery storage and solar project (the "Burwell Project"), including the completion of its project economic review and the buyout of the other 50% shareholders. Limejump will utilize the battery's capacity for electricity trading purposes in the years prior to the project entering the Capacity Market, at which point the guaranteed revenue stream will come online alongside ongoing trading activities.
