Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of CAD 0.10 per Warrant Share for a period of twenty four months from the date of issuance, subject to an acceleration provision whereby if the closing price of the Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange equals or exceeds CAD 0.20 for a period of ten consecutive trading days, the Company may, within fifteen days of such occurrence, accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by giving notice to the holders. In such event, the Warrants will expire thirty (30) days after such notice is given.
