The Company plans to integrate these new airborne results with existing seismic, geochemical, and drilling data to finalize targets for its upcoming 10,000-meter reverse circulation drill program at Hot Springs Range Project. Three crews will operate continuously to accelerate drilling and assay turnaround across the Otis and Eden targets. The survey, flown by Precision GeoSurveys in March 2026, covered approximately 53 km² with 50 m line spacing and tight terrain clearance. It provides detailed geophysical data that significantly enhances the Company's understanding of subsurface structures, lithologies, and potential alteration zones associated with its emerging Carlin-type gold system. Structural and Lithological Mapping: The magnetic data clearly delineate contrasts between magnetic Tertiary volcanic rocks and non-magnetic Paleozoic/Mesozoic sedimentary units. Numerous linear features, offsets, and boundaries highlight fault structures and contacts that align with known mineralized corridors at Otis and Eden. The survey confirms and refines major structures, especially at Eden, where the Paleozoic rocks at depth are obscured by post mineral volcanics and sediments. The primary north-south structures originally mapped from surface, then refined by the seismic survey are further characterized by the magnetic and radiometric data. The data further identifies additional prospective features. Radiometric Insights: Radiometric data (potassium, thorium, uranium, and total count) provide complementary information on surface geochemistry and alteration. Potassium highs and ratio anomalies help map potential hydrothermal alteration zones critical for gold mineralization. These signatures align well with existing soil geochemistry and gravity anomalies, strengthening target prioritization. Integration with Existing Data: The new airborne dataset integrates seamlessly with prior gravity, seismic (ReMi), and geochemical surveys. A detailed Magnetic Vector Inversion (MVI) model further refines 3D subsurface architecture, supporting drill hole planning at Otis and Eden targets. Demagnetized Zones and Structural Intersections: A prominent demagnetized zone is evident in the interpreted Paleozoic basement at Eden. This zone is coincident with the intersections of first-order (Spring City, Bullhead, & Shelton faults) and second-order faults (Crossover, Bear, Crossroads, Chimney, & South Fork faults) and aligns with surface geochemistry anomalies. Such demagnetization is often associated with hydrothermal alteration and structural preparation -- key controls for Carlin-type gold mineralization in Nevada. Additional details on the Otis and Eden targets, including figures and seismic interpretations, are available in the Company's May 26, 2026 news release.お知らせ • Jun 16+ 1 more updateEminent Gold Corp., Annual General Meeting, Aug 13, 2026Eminent Gold Corp., Annual General Meeting, Aug 13, 2026. Location: british columbia, vancouver Canadaお知らせ • May 26Eminent Gold Corp. Announces Positive Results from Seismic Survey At Hot Springs Range ProjectEminent Gold Corp. had announced the successful completion and interpretation of a Deep Refraction Microtremor (ReMi®) seismic survey across the Otis and Eden targets on its 100%-owned Hot Springs Range Project in Humboldt County, Nevada. This technique represents a novel approach for hard rock mineral exploration, using tighter geophone spacing than traditional oil and gas seismic surveys to deliver higher–resolution imaging of geologic structures concealed beneath post–mineral cover. These new images are helping the Company refine its understanding of the subsurface structures that control where gold is deposited in Carlin–type systems as it prepares for its next drill program, scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. The reverse–circulation drilling, combined with photon assay, will provide continuous assays throughout the summer as the Company works to expand the significant emerging oxide Carlin–style discovery at HSRP. The Company also plans to test its high–priority Eden target, as well as its Celts project, both of which have the potential to deliver additional new discoveries in Nevada. A calibration line was run directly over existing drill holes at Otis, allowing seismic velocities to be matched to rock types observed in drill core. The survey also imaged additional structural features, including the Paradise Fault, and provided further support for the interpreted position of the Little Humboldt Fault. The best intercept to date of 9.2 metres grading 3.2 g/t gold is interpreted to be spatially associated with this structure. The seismic results now allow the Company to design additional drill holes to test the Little Humboldt Fault, as well as initial drilling of the Paradise, Otis, and Hinkey faults and their intersections. The Phase II reverse circulation drill program will focus on defining each structure with multiple intercepts along strike and at various depths. The planned drill holes and targets are conceptual in nature and may change based on ongoing interpretation and new data. Six seismic lines at Eden have provided a clear, high–resolution image of the structures and stratigraphy beneath post–mineral cover. The data reveal fault zones that coincide not only with mapped surface traces, but also with surface geochemistry indicative of hydrothermal sulfides at depth and gravity features, providing multiple lines of evidence for the location of structural targets at depth. This new information will significantly improve drill targeting and planning for Phase I drilling at Eden, where a 3 km long gold–in–soil anomaly already highlights strong potential. The planned drill holes and targets are conceptual in nature and may change based on ongoing interpretation and new data. The Eden drill program will commence immediately following the drilling at Otis. The ReMi® seismic survey, conducted by Terean®, provides high–resolution subsurface shear–wave velocity imaging that advances the Company's understanding of structural controls on its emerging Carlin–type oxide gold system. The ReMi® technique, developed by Prof. John Louie (2001), utilizes ambient and active seismic noise recorded along linear geophone arrays to generate Rayleigh–wave dispersion curves. These curves are inverted to produce detailed 1D and 2D shear–wave velocity (Vs) models of the subsurface. Longer arrays enable deeper imaging (up to ~1 km), while 16 m geophone spacing provides strong lateral resolution. The method effectively maps basin–fill thickness, fault structures, and zones of alteration or induration beneath alluvial cover. Drilling is expected to commence on or around April 15, 2026. The program will focus on testing the extensions of mineralization encountered in previous drilling as well as new, previously untested areas. RC drilling will provide quicker turnaround on results and a lower cost per meter compared to previous core drilling methods, with the Company planning to utilize the photon assaying technique as a faster, environmentally friendly alternative to fire assays. This should further accelerate assay reporting. This upcoming drill campaign builds on encouraging results from prior exploration, including a new discovery diamond drill intercept in hole HSC005 of 9.2 meters grading 3.2 g/t Au (fire assay total gold), as previously reported (news release dated January 6, 2026). Positive shaker leach tests support visual indications that the mineralization type is indeed oxide. The Company views this as a significant milestone that enhances the attractiveness of this intercept and justifies expanding the drill program with the aim of potentially delineating an oxide resource of economic value. All samples from the intercept were assayed by Paragon Geochemical in Reno, Nevada, using (1) a 30 g pulp split fire assay with aqua regia digestion and AAS finish, and (2) a one-hour, room-temperature cyanide solution leach on a 10 g pulp split ("Shaker Leach Test") with AAS finish. While not conclusive due to the limited sample size, the assays from each method yielded comparable results. The assays of the intercept are supported by a rigorous QA/QC program, including blanks, standards, and duplicates. The scientific and technical information contained in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Michael Dufresne, P.Geo., Independent Consultant, who is a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.お知らせ • Jan 07+ 2 more updatesEminent Gold Corp Intercepts 9.2m At 3.2 G/T Au At Hot Springs Range ProjectEminent Gold Corp. announced the assay results of Drillhole HSC005 from its Otis target at its 100% owned Hot Springs Range Project located approximately 15 km northwest of the Getchell Trend in Humboldt County, Nevada. All four deep core holes completed to date at Otis have intersected significant oxide Carlin-style gold mineralization. Hole HSC005 returned the best intercept yet: 9.2 meters of 3.2 grams per tonne gold. The latest intercept suggests that Hot Springs Range Project is an emerging Carlin-type gold trend parallel to the nearby Getchell Trend, a region known for hosting multiple high-grade Carlin-style gold deposits, including Turquoise Ridge and Twin Creeks in Nevada. To date, Eminent Gold Corp. has only tested the Otis target. When the untested geophysical and geochemical anomalies at Eden, Sitka and to the north of Otis are included, the scale of potential mineralization is comparable in strike length and orientation to the Getchell Trend. Table 1 Significant Gold Intercepts HSC005: Hole ID HSC005, From 295.5m, To 304.7m, Interval 9.2m, Au 3.2 g/t, including 299.3m to 300.2m (0.9m @ 5.4 g/t) and 303.6m to 304.7m (1.1m @ 4.6 g/t). The intercept is in a broader envelope that begins and ends in 0.25 g/t and equals 31.8m @ 1.0 g/t Au. Hole HSC005 is the first to penetrate the NW-trending Little Humboldt fault and encountered thicker and more intense hydrothermal alteration than the previous three holes. All gold mineralization intersected to date is hosted within the Mississippian Home Ranch Terrane, consisting of volcanic rocks with highly varying textures interspersed with lesser limestone. Some of the best host rocks are volcanic breccias with angular clasts. Alteration occurred in two main stages. The first accompanied intense ductile deformation, which pervasively folded and thrusted the rocks, mobilizing calcite from limestones into abundant veins within the volcanics. The second, brittle event associated with gold mineralization and hydrothermal activity produced secondary brecciation and extensive decalcification. Calcite veins and volcanic rocks were replaced by pervasive silica, illite, and iron oxides that destroy the original rock fabric. Although quartz veins are present, the highest grades appear related to intense silicification and illite replacement. The reported intercept is relatively uniform, with assays ranging from 1.0 g/t to a high of 5.4 g/t Au. In the footwall of the Little Humboldt fault, alteration extends downward into deeper, hornfelsed andesite breccia. Penetrating dense, recrystallized hornfels with significant alteration is a strong indicator of a robust, high-energy hydrothermal fluid system, suggesting proximity to the underlying heat and fluid source. To date, all four completed core holes at Hot Springs Range Project have intersected oxide-hosted gold mineralization, further de-risking the 10 km structural corridor. Drilling is ongoing on the Company's fifth hole from Pad 5 to obtain the first true perpendicular section across the Otis Fault. With the geological model now validated, the Company plans to transition to faster, lower-cost reverse-circulation drilling in Fiscal year 2026 to aggressively test the open targets at the Otis prospect as well as at the remaining four high-priority targets. All samples were assayed by Paragon Geochemical in Reno, Nevada using fire assay with AAS finish. Eminent Gold Corp. maintains a rigorous QA/QC program including the insertion of its own blanks, standards and duplicates in order to independently monitor laboratory precision and quality in its geochemical analyses.
