お知らせ • Jan 24+ 1 more updateSCG Packaging Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for the Full Year 2022, Payable April 24, 2023SCG Packaging Public Company Limited proposed for approval, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, a full year 2022 dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.60 per share for a total amount of approximately 2,576 million Baht, or 44.4% of profit for the year on consolidated financial statements, of which 0.25 Bahtper share totaling THB 1,073 million was paid as an interim dividend on August 24, 2022. The final payment of dividend will be THB 0.35 per share totaling 1,502 million Baht. Such dividend payment was derived from the profit which was subject to corporate income tax of 20%. An individual shareholder shall be entitled to a tax credit1 equaling the product of dividend times 20/80. The aforesaid dividend distribution shall be payable to the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend in accordance with SCGP's Articles of Association and listed in the record date on, April 5, 2023. (The XD, or the date on which a share purchaser will not be entitled to receive the dividend, will be on, April 4, 2023.) The dividend payment will be made on, April 24, 2023. The receipt of such dividend shall be within 10 years.

SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SET:SCGP) completed the acquisition of 85% stake in acquire DELTALAB, SL from Espiga Equity Fund, FCR managed by Espiga Equity Partners, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. and Talde Capital Crecimiento, FCR and Talde Promoción y Desarrollo, SCR, S.A. managed by Talde Gestión, SGEIC, S.A. for €84.9 million on July 6, 2021. José Sáez Mateos remains in the shareholding.
