Oeneo SA (ENXTPA:SBT) commences an Equity Buyback Plan for 10% of its issued share capital, under the authorization approved on July 24, 2025. Oeneo SA (ENXTPA:SBT) commences share repurchases on March 17, 2026, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on July 24, 2025. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of its issued share capital. The maximum repurchase price is set at €17 per share.
