The acquisition continues Teylor's M&A strategy, which aims to drive the growth of the Teylor platform through further strategic acquisitions, and represents the second successful transaction within a year. By integrating grenke AG's local factoring units into the Teylor platform, Teylor can build a strong local market presence, offer its existing customers additional factoring products, and optimally utilize synergies with its existing financing business. The Teylor platform for SMEs is expected to be available in all seven countries by mid-2026. All locations will continue to operate under the Teylor brand. The German location will remain in Baden-Baden. The process of transferring the individual local subsidiaries is set to begin next week and is expected to be completed by mid-2026. The acquisition is still subject to approval by the relevant authorities in Germany and Hungary. Completion is expected in 2025.
