(ENXTAM:ACOMO) reached an agreement to acquire Manuzzi Srl from Finance For Food One, fund managed by Hyle Capital Partners SGR SpA and other minority shareholders on October 6, 2025. As part of the acquisition, Manuzzi will continue doing business under its own using the well-known Manuzzi brand and will jointly operate with Acomo Group company Delinuts Netherlands to closely cooperate and explore new markets and business opportunities together. Manuzzi will join Acomo’s Spices & Nuts segment. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 of 2025.
