With the signing of the preliminary agreement, the buyer paid the amount of €11 million as a deposit. The transaction is currently financed by a debt of € 10 million, consisting of a bank loan used for activities carried out on the area. The signing of the final sale agreement is expected to take place at the turn of the third and fourth quarter of 2023, following the certification of successful reclamation.
