Mega Copper Ltd. (TSXV:MCU) acquired Quesnel Lake East Project from Glengarry Developments Inc. for CAD 0.28 million. Mega Copper Ltd. (TSXV:MCU) acquired Quesnel Lake East Project from Glengarry Developments Inc. for CAD 0.28 million on September 30, 2020. As per the terms of the option agreement signed on June 30, 2016, Mega Copper shall make a cash payment of CAD 0.05 million(paid) and issue a total of 2 million shares as 1 million shares upon signing of the agreement and 1 million shares upon completion of an NI 43-101 report. As of September 30, 2020, no expenditures have been spent toward the work commitment, and no further work commitments are required.
