Indico Resources Ltd. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.2 million in funding Indico Resources Ltd announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 952,381 units at a price of CAD 0.21 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD 200,000 on November 24, 2025. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (a “Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Share at an exercise price of CAD 0.275 per Share for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the Warrant.
