(TSXV:BAL.H) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at CAD 0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD 500,000 on August 14, 2020. Each unit will comprise one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional share at a price of CAD 0.25 per share for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. The transaction is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. All securities issued will be subject to statutory hold periods in accordance with applicable securities laws.
