Reeflex Coil Solutions Inc. signed a letter of intent to acquire Bigstack Opportunities I Inc. (TSXV:STAK.P) in a reverse merger transaction. Reeflex Coil Solutions Inc. signed a letter of intent to acquire Bigstack Opportunities I Inc. (TSXV:STAK.P) in a reverse merger transaction on November 3, 2024. The business combination, which will constitute a reverse take-over of a capital pool company Bigstack, and will constitute the “Qualifying Transaction” of Bigstack. The terms of the exchange of securities of Bigstack and Reeflex will be disclosed in due course. In connection with the transaction, Reeflex intends to acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of Coil Solutions Inc. The transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, execution of a binding definitive agreement relating to the business combination and execution of a binding definitive agreement relating to the acquisition of Coil Solutions Inc.
