Prior to joining Shutterstock, he was CFO at marketing technology company Zeta Global; CFO at Jackson Hewitt Tax Services; and served in multiple capacities at ExlService Holdings, including SVP, Global Controller and SVP, Treasurer. Earlier, he worked at Citi in the Global Technology Investment Banking group and started his career with Ernst & Young LLP. He earned a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

They will unveil, on the Unite stage, a never-before-seen environment from their highly anticipated title, Den of Wolves, lit and optimized using the latest graphics features from Unity 6. Among the other news to be shared at Unite: The first update in the Unity 6 generation, Unity 6.1, will ship in April 2025. Unity 6.1 will build on the core Unity 6 capabilities and include new features like support for foldable and larger screen formats, Deferred+ rendering in GPU Resident Drawer, and new build targets and build profiles. The update builds on Supersonic’s white box approach to publishing, giving hyper-casual game developers increased access to data, insights and knowledge to help them make more informed decisions. This is another step forward for Unity’s end-to-end platform that provides game developers with a comprehensive set of tools for each stage of their development journey. Four of the key tools included in the update are Level Analytics, Crash Center, a Marketability Tool, and Wisdom Next SDK – all of which work to automate and simplify the publishing process, allowing developers to focus on building great games that will reach the right audience: Level Analytics provides developers with a customized view of how each level in their game is performing. Hyper-casual game developers test tens of concepts a month and current analytics solutions can be very complex and time consuming, and difficult to translate into actionable insights. Level Analytics minimizes the time, effort and knowledge needed to gather data from different sources, build a funnel, and plug it into the game. The dynamic Level Analytics dashboard shows how each level in a game is performing in relation to its benchmarks, so that outliers can easily be spotted, A/B tested, and improved. Crash Center checks the health of a game, helping developers determine if their prototype is underperforming due to a technical issue as opposed to a concept issue. It highlights when a game’s crash rate shifts from its benchmarks and enables a developer to drill down to the version release, device type, geographic location and OS version. This transparency ensures that potential hits are not overlooked due to a technical issue bringing down their metrics. The Marketability Tool analyzes a game’s marketability across different channels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – such as creatives win rate, placement and Cost Per Install – to better predict a game’s potential to reach and attract a meaningful audience. Developers have full transparency into what did and didn’t work well, and why, so they can decide early on which titles they want to keep investing in and, eventually, launch. Last but not least, Supersonic’s Wisdom Next SDK, which enables developers to quickly and easily access all of the Supersonic tools, is now available right from the prototyping stage. This speeds up the onboarding process and accelerates the game testing timeline. AppLovin submitted a compelling non-binding proposal to the Board of Directors of Unity Software Inc. with Unity, in a transaction where each outstanding share of Unity common stock would be exchanged for 1.152 shares of AppLovin Class A voting common stock and 0.314 shares of AppLovin Class C non-voting common stock. Based on this non-binding proposal, existing AppLovin Class B common shares (20:1 votes) would be converted to Class A common shares (1:1 vote) in connection with the closing of the proposed transaction. AppLovin shareholders would hold approximately 45% of the outstanding common shares of the combined company, including Class C, with such shares representing approximately 51% of the outstanding voting rights of the combined company. Unity stockholders would receive approximately 55% of the outstanding shares of the combined company, with Class A common shares representing approximately 49% of the outstanding voting rights of the combined company. In connection with the proposed transaction, AppLovin expects to apply to list its shares of Class C common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in connection with the proposed combination. AppLovin proposes that Unity’s Chief Executive Officer John Riccitiello become Chief Executive Officer of the combined business and Adam Foroughi become the Chief Operating Officer. The Board of Directors of the combined company would be reconstituted so that Unity would appoint the majority of members, consistent with Unity shareholders’ economic stake. (NYSE:U) completed the acquisition of VFX technology division from Weta Digital Limited on December 1, 2021. As on November 1, 2021, Weta Digital paid $1.565 billion in a combination of cash and stock. The purchase price for the Transferred Assets consists of (i) an amount in cash equal to $1 billion and 3,468,362 of shares of the Company’s common stock.
