Mr. Emery is a mining engineer with an MBA having spent the early part of his career with BHP in Western Australia. He then became a resource analyst and most recently, he was on the dealing desk at Euroz Hartleys in Perth. His broad experience in both the mining and corporate industries provides a unique skill set with a broad understanding of the technical, corporate, and marketing side of the mining industry. Mr. Emery will replace Mr. Robert Rigo, who retires on 30 June 2023.

Ms. Morton is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Commerce, specializes in financial management, financial reporting services and risk compliance and management. She has served as CFO and company secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted public companies. She has previously spent twelve years as senior audit manager at one of the leading international Audit, Tax & Advisory firms where she was focused on engagements across the mining, technology and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Doyle is an experienced company secretary and corporate advisor with over 15 years' experience advising public and private companies across a range of sectors including resources, oil and gas, industrials and technology. He has extensive experience providing corporate governance and compliance support as well as managing and executing corporate transactions including equity and debt capital raisings, IPO's, ASX listings and mergers and acquisitions. In conjunction with the above appointments, Ms. Jessica O'Hara has resigned as Company Secretary, allowing her to focus on her duties with OreCorp Limited.
