Pacgold Limited Announces Board Changes Pacgold Limited reported that Ms Caoilin Chestnutt resigned as Non-Executive Chair, effective June 19, 2026, to focus on her other professional commitments. Following Ms Chestnutt's departure, the Board announced the appointment of Mr. Richard Hacker as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr. Hacker has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and his deep familiarity with Pacgold's operations and strategy positions him well to lead the Board in this capacity. Mr. Hacker has over 20 years of experience with Chalice Mining Limited (ASX: CHN), where he is currently a Non-Executive Director. He previously held senior executive roles at Chalice Mining including Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Commercial and Strategy. Beyond Chalice, Mr. Hacker has also held long term executive and director roles at other leading exploration and development companies, including Liontown Resources (ASX: LTR) and DevEx Resources (ASX: DEV), giving him a broad perspective across the resources sector. Mr. Hacker brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, mining project assessment and execution, due diligence, and listed company administration. Board Change • May 20

Pacgold Limited Appoints Mike Nelson as Consulting Project Director Pacgold Limited announced the appointment of highly experienced Mining Executive, Mr. Mike Nelson, to the newly created position of Consulting Project Director. Mr. Nelson brings over 30 years of experience across mineral processing operations and project leadership roles that will greatly assist in delivering the Company's objective to recommence gold production at the recently acquired White Dam Gold Operation in South Australia. Mr. Mike Nelson is a highly experienced mining executive with more than 30 years in mineral processing operations and project leadership across large-scale precious and base metal projects. He has extensive international experience, having played key roles in major developments such as the Reko Diq copper-gold project in Pakistan (operated by Barrick Gold Corporation) and the Quebrada Blanca Phase II copper project in Chile (operated by Teck Resources). More recently, he led the reshaping of the process flowsheet and development strategy for Chalice Mining's Gonneville Project in Western Australia. Mr. Nelson is also a Non-Executive Director of Toubani Resources and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), along with a Master of Applied Finance.
