Increase in shares outstanding: 2.3% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. The test work results provided the necessary data to finalise the design of the pilot TES cells. The procurement stage of the pilot project is sheduled to commence as soon as QSP and ProTherm shortlist key vendors and approve contractual arrangements. Subject to finalising these arrangements, construction is expected to commence by the end of this quarter. Sunlands Co.'s TES technology is a long duration energy storage storage solution that delivers one of the few paths to decarbonisation of electricity grid networks by the retrofitting of coal fired power stations. LDES technology is considered the critical solution for the conversion of intermittent renewable energy to round the clock dispatchable baseload generation. QSP is the exclusive global manufacturer of the flake graphite based thermal storage media, the main component of TES cells. QSP contractual arrangements with Sunlands Co. require it to deliver the manufactured Uley Media to Sunlands Co. as specified to meet TES cell production schedules. Based on the current prices for competing products to Uley Media and the current flake graphite market conditions: QSP's expected prices for Uley Media is likely to exceed $3,500; and QSP's expected margin on Uley Media will be twice that of the Company's margin on the sale of its flake products. TES cells utilise renewable energy to store heat at ultra-high temperatures. This heat is delivered to a power station's existing steam turbine generators which dispatch base load generation to the grid network.Recent Insider Transactions • Dec 10Insider recently bought AU$2.2m worth of stockOn the 5th of December, Ian Roch Pattison bought around 4m shares on-market at roughly AU$0.54 per share. This program tested and conclusively measured the thermal performance of QSP's flake graphite-based storage media (Uley Media) under the same ultra-high temperature conditions of the long duration energy storage (LDES) battery developed by Sunlands Co. Uley Media is manufactured using Uley 2 flake products as one of the critical ingredients. The results highlights of the test work are: Heat storage capability - Confirmation of the heat storage capacity and performance of Uley Media for Sunlands Co. LDES battery cells driving utility scale turbine generation facilities. High Performance - Uley Media performs at substantially similar levels to that of high-grade isostatic products thereby significantly reducing the unit cost of LDES battery cells. Uniformity - Uley Media performance is consistent across the purity and size fractions of Uley 2 flake products used to manufacture the media. Scale of Manufacturing The uniformity and performance of Uley Media enable QSP's manufacture of Uley Media to be undertaken at a far greater scale than anticipated. Purity the level of volatilisation of impurities within the Uley Media during the experimental program strongly suggests a material increase in purity and the potential viability of thermal purification of Uley 2 flake for the Li-ion battery anode market.お知らせ • Oct 31Quantum Graphite Limited, Annual General Meeting, Nov 30, 2022Quantum Graphite Limited, Annual General Meeting, Nov 30, 2022, at 11:00 W. New Risk • Jan 24New minor risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$100m. Market cap: AU$151.8m (US$95.8m) This is considered a minor risk. Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 19% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (AU$151.8m market cap, or US$95.8m).

New Risk • Aug 05New minor risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 2.9% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. Minor Risk Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (2.3% increase in shares outstanding).

お知らせ • Feb 03Quantum Graphite Limited Announces Completion of Design of Long Duration Energy Storage PilotQuantum Graphite Limited announced the completion of the design of the pilot thermal energy storage and power generation system. This heat is delivered to a power station's existing steam turbine generators which dispatch base load generation to the grid network.

お知らせ • Nov 28Quantum Graphite Limited Announces the Successful Completion and Results of the Test Work Program Undertaken At INEMET at TU FreiburgQuantum Graphite Limited announced the successful completion and results of the test work program undertaken at INEMET at TU Freiburg. Purity the level of volatilisation of impurities within the Uley Media during the experimental program strongly suggests a material increase in purity and the potential viability of thermal purification of Uley 2 flake for the Li-ion battery anode market.

お知らせ • Jul 09Quantum Graphite Limited Provides Update on Long Duration Energy Storage Pilot ProjectQuantum Graphite Limited announced that further to its announcements regarding the long duration energy storage pilot project, the Company provided the further information by way of update. A critical step in the pilot plant project is the ultra-high temperature test work to be undertaken by INEMET in respect of various specifications of Uley 2 coarse flake graphite. This flake is the main raw material required by the Quantum Sunlands Partnership (QSP) to manufacture the thermal energy storage media to be fitted within the Sunlands Co. energy storage cells. The Uley 2 flake samples have been received by INEMET and are now being prepared for commencement of the initial test work next week. As announced, QSP and its project engineers completed the main test work methodologies in May 2022. These methodologies have now been further refined with INEMET and will include thermal treatment cycles of Uley 2 flake at temperatures reaching 2,200°C. The results of this test work will deliver valuable data to QSP for the purpose of optimising the energy storage media. One of the significant benefits of the results of this test work is the potential application of this data to the advanced processing of Uley 2 flake to increase its purity and thereby significantly increase the prices the Company's products can achieve in the market. QSP estimates that initial results should be available by mid-August 2022.
