Cho Seung-hyun, Cho Dong-hyun, Cho Seoyeon, Cho Joo-hyun, Cho Sang-hyun and others acquired an additional 72.8% stake in Rifa Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A000760) from Cho Kyu-wan, Cho Hong-seok, Cho Chang-hwan, Rifa Advanced Materials Co. Ltd, Rifa Engineering Co., Ltd. and others on July 8, 2026. The transaction will be funded via own funds.
