Autins Group plc Announces Board Changes, Effective 19 November 2025 Autins Group plc announced the appointment of Trevor Brown as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and resignation of Dr Qu Li as Non-Executive Director, with 19 November 2025. Trevor Brown is a director and representative of Truetide PLC ("Truetide"), previously Braveheart Investment Group PLC, which holds 29.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
