New minor risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 19% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (23% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 78% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. Market cap is less than US$10m (CA$5.04m market cap, or US$3.66m). Minor Risk Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (19% increase in shares outstanding). Board Change • Jan 23

Dios Exploration Reports Processing of a High-Resolution Drone Magnetic Survey Completed This Fall on AU33 & Heberto Gold Dios Exploration reports processing of a high-resolution drone magnetic survey completed this Fall on Dios' wholly-owned AU33 gold property and Heberto Gold discovery extents, James Bay, QC, near Eastmain hydropower facilities. Survey flown by Terrascope to a mean altitude of 25 m above ground totaled of 819.5 line kilometres along 35m spaced EW lines, with detailed 17.5 m spacing on Heberto Gold extents and Mitsumis lake breccia area, focused on further defining gold targets and related structures for drilling. Structural studies of this high-resolution magnetic data combined with Dios' historical data were undertaken to define and understand which set of structures has higher gold potential. The large Mitsumis batholith is strongly magnetic and intruded by a series of younger plugs that might have brought up gold mineralized fluids. Gold mineralization is often found near these smaller intrusives on Au33, in association with north-north-east structures. Such a NNE structure was thus identified at Heberto, opening up a new area for further drilling and extent for Heberto Gold. New gold targets were also defined where there NNE structures are suddenly cut by a low mag, such low magnetic areas often indicative of demagnetization related to mineralized fluid flow. Reprocessing of Heberto Gold historical drilling will start soon in view of this structural analysis to optimize next drilling. The team is very much enthusiastic with these results. The structural analysis was completed by Lucie Mathieu PGeo. of Consultation GeoX inc. New Risk • Jul 26
New major risk - Financial position The company has less than a year of cash runway based on its current free cash flow trend. Free cash flow: -CA$311k This is considered a major risk. With less than a year's worth of cash, the company will need to raise capital or take on debt unless its cash flows improve. This would dilute existing shareholders or increase balance sheet risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-CA$311k free cash flow). Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (31% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 80% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. New major risk - Revenue and earnings growth Earnings have declined by 7.6% per year over the past 5 years. This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are declining over an extended period, then in most cases the share price will decline over time unless the company can turn around its fortunes. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (34% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 7.6% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. Market cap is less than US$10m (CA$2.43m market cap, or US$1.74m). Annuncio • Oct 24
Dios Exploration to Pursue Exploration of Heberto Gold Discovery, Quebec Dios Exploration reported pursuing exploration of its Heberto Gold discovery & extents, James Bay Eeyou Istchee, Quebec. Gold prices are at a rare high. Hole 19 is 50 m south of Hole 1 (2.13g/t Au/22.9m), of Hole 9 (2 g/t Au/22 m) & of Hole10 (1.8 g/t Au/18.45 m). Hole 19 (3.65g/t Au/13m) is 112 m west of Hole 1 and 50 m north of Hole 6 (2,23g/t Au/7.75 m). Gold zones can be followed in strike and at depth. Gold is associated with fine grained pyrite and magnetite in several meters thick potassic altered shear zones. Heberto Gold is located at the contact of a low mag with a higher magnetic area, seeming to extend eastward as well as different NE structures. Studies are ongoing in that sense. There lies more overburden east of Heberto discovery outcrop, hiding possible gold occurrences, as proprietary geochemical data returned significant gold-in-till values. Heberto major km scale gold system is located within a 5 X 8 km highly anomalous gold- in-outcrop area, near Eastmain hydropower facilities, 50 km south of Newmont Eleonore world class gold mine and 20 km west of Clearwater gold deposit. Dios is looking for a significant world class oxidized IRG gold deposit. Enriched gold content in association with pyrite and magnetite confirm that model deposit. Large road accessible Au33 property hosting Heberto Gold is under-explored. Annuncio • Jun 29
Dios Exploration Inc. Undertakes Exploration Work on Five James Bay Properties, Quebec Dios Exploration Inc. ("Dios") starts, as planned, follow-up field work on wholly-owned LeCaron, Lithium-Nord, East-Clarkie, Nemiscau-Nord and Pontax-Nord properties in James Bay Lower Eastmain greenstone belt. Exploration follow-up will focus on first-priority Lithium-Nord and LeCaron projects. Other follow-up work will target intermediate-priority work on East Clarkie and Eastern LeCaron including newly acquired claims. A first reconnaissance is planned on Pontax-Nord and follow-up on Nemiscau-Nord. Large part of claims remains to be explored. Focus is on Lithium-bearing pegmatites (LCT type) on selected favourable target-areas. Rocks with fertile signature are observed in northwestern-most part of Lithium-Nord, where anomalous values were also obtained (March 1, 2024 press release): Nb/Ta versus Mg/Li ratios values corresponding to fertile magma (Selway et al. 2005). This corresponds to the western periphery of Uskawasis3 unit as mapped by Quebec Government, just south of lake sediments yielding high lithium values. That sector may be favourable for LCT pegmatites occurrences or at least more evolved magma. Due to forest fires and limited time, helicopter & ground access, last Fall field program covered less than 12% of claims on 4 projects. Dios had discovered a Wacke unit on Clarkie with up to 8.88 g/t gold and 6.8 g/t gold in association with 2% pyrite and quartz veinlets. Dios reported on LeCaron the Conductor showing discovery in 2010 with 2.074 g/t gold over 4.5 m in channel sampling, 1.286 g/t Au over 2.5 m and 9.64 g/t Au over 0.7m (Government files, SIGEOM). Gold exploration follow-up is also studied on Au33-Heberto gold discovery and extents: see Dios annual and quarterly MDA. Annuncio • Sep 08

Dios Exploration Inc. Reports At Lecaron Lithium Outcrops on Newly Expanded Lecaron Lithium Property DIOS Exploration reported at least 20 pegmatite outcrops within the LeCaron claims and many others may be extrapolated from recently completed satellite imagery studies (s specially on northern block). The LeCaron-South lithium 64 claims cover 12 km-long prospective east-west section hosting a pegmatitic granodiorite pluton (Uskawasis2) with pegmatite pockets and (5- 30%) dykes at the margins of a NE band of paragneiss & volcanics. It is located along a cluster of lithium metal lake sediment anomalies combined with 13 anomalous Dios sampled tills over 14 ppm Li & up to 29.5 ppm Li in heavy mineral fraction, an area not reworked by former Tyrell Sea. Other anomalous critical elements (Cs over 2ppm, up to 5ppm) were noted in lake sediments. The claims are located near several magnetic E-W & WNW structures cutting general NE-SW magnetic trend. New LeCaron-North lithium 39 claims are located just north of herein above claims and cover a 10 km-long NE section hosting favourable margin of magnetic & pegmatitic Uskawanis3 granodiorite/monzogranite pluton. They host several plurikilometric ridges of whitish rock outcrops. Geochemistry ratio studies indicate evolved pegmatites. Dios' LeCaron lithium project was enlarged to 103 claims for 54.14 sq.km in two main blocks north of LeCaron Lake, 15 km NNE of EM-1 hydropower facilities, James Bay Eeyou-Istchee, central Quebec, with field work planned in July and August. It is hosted within LaGrande subprovince, about 15km from Opinaca subprovince boundary. LeCaron geochemical signature is comparable to Pivert-Rose deposit and Pontax-Lithium prospect. A diamond drilling campaign is planned for mid-September. Wholly-owned K2, James Bay Eeyou Istche, Quebec, is hosted in same geological formation as is underlying Azimut’s Elmer property north of major Opinaca fault. Annuncio • Sep 01
Dios Exploration Inc. Announces Completion of Induced Polarization IP Survey on Northeastern K2 Property Dios Exploration Inc. announced ground induced polarization IP survey is completed on northeastern K2 property and reveals significant preliminary results in volcanic rocks intertwined with small gabbro plug series, 9-10 km SW of Patwon discovery, along prospective shear zone gold corridor. Significant 900 m long PP-5 chargeability anomaly identified gold-copper-silver mineralized drill-ready Badji zone in volcanics as strong IP anomaly. Dios discovered Badji showing (5.39 g/t gold, 111 g/t silver, 5.05% copper, 93 ppm bismuth) consisting of pyrite- chalcopyrite centimetric stringers in foliated strongly sericitized dacite, a few km NE of a major mineralized system: a gold-copper-silver bearing volcanic dome on top of a large porphyry, itself on top of Kali intrusion Very interesting 400 m long PP-3, very strong in its center part, is also in volcanics but interestingly borders the southern contact of a small gabbro plug. Strong 400 m PP-1 is associated with sulfidic mineralization in a magnetic gabbro including SDBJ showing (1.08 % copper, 13.8 g/t silver, 0.410 g/t gold). These gabbro plugs have to be prospected. Shiva horizon (2.12 g/t Au and 1.35 g/t Au in volcanics) was confirmed by PP-8 & PP-9. This 16 km-line IP survey with 200 m line spacing helps fine tuning of drill targets for promising mid-September drill program on wholly-owned K2, James Bay, Quebec, 4-5 km north of major Opinaca fault, in same geological formation as is underlying Azimut's Elmer property. This time-domain dipole-dipole IP survey was completed for depth levels n = 1 to 8. Processing is ongoing for final results and 3D inversion, further news pending. Annuncio • Jun 22
Dios Exploration Inc. Plans Drilling Program in Northeastern K2 Property, James Bay, Quebec Dios Exploration Inc. plans a promising drill program 4-5 km north of Opinaca fault in NE K2 property, James Bay, Quebec, in felsic volcanics intruded by a series of small gabbro plugs, 9 km SW of Patwon discovery, along prospective shear zones, in same geological formation as is underlying Azimut’s Elmer property. Contacts of these small magnetic gabbro plugs intertwined with felsic volcanics are good structural targets due to rheological contrasts. NE K2 area is also crosscut by two NE-SW shear zones and hosts two east-west kilometric VLF anomalies associated with sulfidic mineralization (including SDBJ showing: 1.08% Cu & 13.8 g/t Ag), which is locally well sericitized and silicified. Hundred m south, Dios had discovered Badji (centimetric pyrite-chalcopyrite stringer showing in foliated strongly sericitized dacite with 5.39 g/t Au, 111 g/t Ag, 5.05% Cu). Several grabs had yielded anomalous gold (0.170-0.265 g/t Au), silver (up to 19.7g/t Ag), copper (0.2-0.6% Cu) within felsic volcanics with few work completed. Drilling is planned after prospecting (at least 2 km favourable strike) and infill soil-sampling. NE K2 is a few km NE of a major gold-copper-silver bearing volcanic dome lying on top of large porphyry, itself on top of Kali intrusive. Ten drill holes are planned for 2000-2500 m including a few ones on Cardamom to the north within altered volcanics directly north of Sesame QFP intrusion. Three east-west EM-input fit with short 1 km-strike Airborne IP chargeable zone confirmed by low magnetic EW structure. Cardamom is not outcropping but directly east of EW structure, an EW felsic dyke returned 2.69 g/t gold. Cardamon is located 5km up-ice of goldbearing altered felsic volcanic boulders (6.72 g/t Au) and associated to well-defined kilometric gold-in-till (WI-target) anomaly. South of Opinaca Fault lies a different age geological formation where were identified ground IP conductors or VLF. Five of them were drilled last Fall for 1,355 m and they all returned notable amounts of pyrite-pyrrhotite up to semi-massive to massive sulfides. Just south of Opinaca Fault lies an extensive (3.5 km-long minimum) ENE magnetic lineament/VLF-IP conductor (A-48) extending along northern flank of Solo volcanic syncline. It is hosted within volcanic/tuffs and cherty sulfurized sediments. Its northeastern extent is coincidental with a good chargeable IP conductor (P-11). B-horizon soil-sampling across this unit produced anomalous gold values (up to 120, 240 & 54ppb Au) and copper values (140, 150, 150 & 450ppm Cu) along VLF conductor. This A48 Anomaly is a perfect fit with CARDS Artificial Intelligence (90% similar to gold model) target generated by Windfall-Geotek. Hole 15 targeted P-11 hitting a 36.7m-thick sequence (101.40-136.20m) of carbonated chert alternating with cm graphitic argillite horizons that averages 3-15% pyrrhotite (pyrite) stringers with local concentrations up to 20-70% over half-meters sections. Laminated chert returned 0.126 g/tAu on 0.80m and 0.281 g/tAu on 0.45m. One km SW, hole 16 targeted southward extent of P-11 (A-48 VLF conductor with gold-in-soil anomalies), hitting 4m of laminated chert with altered graphitic argillite and intermediate tuffs hosting 1-7% pyrrhotite(pyrite) stringers, then 4 m of chert/intermediate tuffs with 5-20% Po-Py stringers and 1.5m of altered intermediate tuffs with sullfide traces and then massive sulfides(80% Po, 10% Py, tr-Sp for 0.024g/t Au/2.85m. Sulfide-rich section (42.40-56.25m) assays 0.012 g/t Au with 1m at 0.032g/t Au. Hole 17 was drilled in section from same set-up (dip-67 vs -50 for 16), hitting similar sequence of laminated chert with argillite/tuffs hosting 2% pyrite and 2% pyrrhotite (25.35-41.00m); gabbro-granodiorite dykes (41-45m) with 1-8% po(py), alternating graphitic argillite/intermediate tuffs/chert with 2-6% Po-Py stringers (45-71.4m) and massivesulfides (80% Po, 10% Py, tr-Sp for 0.026 g/t Au/7.7m (71.40-79.10m). Sulfide-rich section (41-79.10m) yields 0.012g/t Au, with 1m at 0.034g/t Au in massive sulfides. One km SE of hole 15, two main IP conductors were targeted within an extensive wet swamp (P06 and P07). Following field checks, two drill locations were solid enough for drilling. Hole 13 targeted a very chargeable section of P07. Hole 14 is located 800m further east and is moderately chargeable and more resistive. Both holes intersected a thick (70-100m) sequence of alternating intermediate ash, lapillis and crystal tuffs/graphitic argillites/laminated mafic and felsic tuffs variably mineralized with 1-15% disseminated (& in stringers) pyrrhotite-pyrite(traces-sphalerite) overlying biotite wackes. As indicated by IP, hole 13 hit more sulfides: 5-15% Po(Py) stringers between 118.75-144.50m and 1-5% Po(Py) stringers between 144.50-187.20m. Hole 14 hit 1-3% Po(Py) stringers with few minor metric sections of 4-5% Po stringers within moderately silicified rocks (43.70-149.45m). Gold associated to sulfurized sequence is low (up locally to 0.012g/t Au). Some minor zinc (sphalerite) was encountered within silicified fractured/brecciated sections (0.127% Zn on 4.5 m (0.204% Zn on 2.05m)). Annuncio • Jun 01

Dios Exploration Inc. Provides Updates on Gold zones drilled on K2 NE Sesame target – Drilling planned on nearby Cardamon volcanics and on NE Badji-Gabbro, in strike SW of Patwon Dios Exploration Inc. discovered 2-3 gold zones by drilling Sesame Airborne Interpreted IP which is not outcropping in northeastern K2, James Bay Eeyou Istchee, Quebec, up to 2.88 g/t gold & 2.76 g/t gold in different zones some 6 km north of Opinaca fault. Follow-up drilling is planned on Cardamon volcanic target 1.2 km NE of Sesame and on prospective NE Gabbro more to the east, in contact with felsic volcanics (Badji showing). Other follow-up drilling is planned, pending news to come on South of Opinaca fault drilling. Two exploratory holes for 664 m were drilled 400 meters apart on Sesame, returning in northeastern hole 2.88 grams per ton gold on 0.50 m (1.87 g/t gold on 1 m or 1.21 g/t Au on 1.6 m), then 2.76 g/t Au on 0.30 m (0.73 g/t Au on 1.15 m), also 0.74 g/t Au on 0.95 m and many anomalous metric intercepts over 100 ppb gold up to 0.31 g/t Au and 0.26 g/t Au on 3.7 m in granodiorite. Some assay checks will be made, visible gold having returned only 0.86 g/t Au on 0.50 m. Cardamon (Airborne IP) Target: The Cardamom Target lies within altered volcanics (silicified & pyritized) directly north of Sesame FP/QFP intrusion. Three eastwest EM-input anomalies are coincidental with short Airborne IP chargeable zone over one km-strike. Strongest chargeability centered on 2 bull’s-eyes (about 350m diameter, 100-275m depth) seems to increase with depth. Another EM-input (Cardamom-W) is located 800m west of this cluster. The Cardamom EM (Inputs & VTEM) and airborne IP conductors were visited by Dios’ team but are not outcropping as they lie under a swampy area. Interestingly, directly east of the target, a grab-sample from an eastwest felsic dyke had yielded 2.69 g/t Au. The Cardamon target is also located about 5km up-ice (NE) of gold-bearing altered felsic volcanic floats (6.72 g/t Au) and associated to well-defined kilometric gold-in-till (WI-target) anomaly. It is located within the low-magnetic region in Greenschists-grade domain. NE Gabbro/Badji Target: The southern contact of magnetic NE Gabbros and felsic volcanics is a good structural target due to rheologic rock contrasts; it was also selected by Artificial Intelligence. This target-area is located in the possible SW extent of the gold-bearing Patwon and Barrick structures on neighbouring Azimut Exploration’s Elmer project. It also hosts two EW VLF-EM conductors associated with sulfidic mineralization including SDBJ showing (1.08% Cu & 13.8 g/t Ag). Locally, it is well sericitized and silicified. About 100m further south, Dios had discovered the Badji showing consisting of centimetric pyrite-chalcopyrite stringers in foliated strongly sericitized dacite yielding 5.39 g/t Au, 111 g/t Ag, 5.05% Cu. Several grabs had yielded anomalous gold (0.170-0.265 g/t Au)-silver (up to 19.7g/t Ag)-copper (0.2-0.6% Cu) within these southern felsic volcanics but few work was completed. A lone grab-sample within the gabbro about 400m north of the contact assayed 0.410g/t Au near NE magnetic lineaments. Systematic prospecting is planned along this favourable contact (at least 2 km strike) as well as fill-up soil-sampling and detailed magnetics. After 2022 field checks, drilling is planned on best targets/showings. See figures. This NE Gabbros-Badji target area is located a few km NE of a major gold-copper-silver bearing volcanic dome lying on top of a large porphyry, itself lying on top of the Kali intrusion. Some 210.5 meters of the 663.6 meters of Sesame core was sampled under the supervision of Harold Desbiens, Geo M.Sc., 43-101 Qualified Person, for 224 samples and 29 quality controls. Gold assays (mainly AA-24 and some metallic sieve) were undertaken at ALS in Sudbury, Timmins and Vancouver. Board Change • Feb 03

DIOS Exploration Drills First Priority Artificial Intelligence Target on K2 & Related Gold-Copper Soil Anomalies DIOS Exploration Inc. reported successful drilling of first priority Artificial Intelligence (AI) target on wholly-owned K2 property, with good related gold-copper-As in B-soil anomalies. Windfall Geotek provided a significant size AI Gold target covering a 0.87 km2 area on K2. A 3.5 km-long minimum electromagnetic conductor (ground VLF) associated with a good eastwest magnetic structure crosses this AI target. DIOS drilled two holes in section for 260 m in the middle of the 0.87 km2AI target, cross-cutting the 3.5 km EM and magnetic structure. Both drill holes started in mineralized rocks, hitting a 53.65 meters thick sequence of 1%-40% percent disseminated (& in stringers) sulfides, that is pyrrhotite-pyrite, within chert/mafic-intermediate volcanic tuffs/graphitic argillites overlying a several m thick (3 -7.32 meters) massive sulfide horizon (70%-90% pyrrhotite-pyrite). The AI target is coincidental with the significant km size A48 target, previously defined south of Opinaca Fault, near cross-cutting structures such as NW-SE Kali Fault extent and near strategic volcanic contacts. Results are pending. The K2 property covers 83.5 sq. km, SW of Azimut’s Elmer gold property, James Bay Eeyou Istchee, Quebec. Annuncio • Sep 01

Dios Defines Good Em-Vlf Drill Targets Sw & South of Attila, At Southern Contact of Volcanic Dome with Dacite Flows Dios Exploration Inc. is pleased to report good EM-VLF conductor drill targets were defined at southern contact of volcanic dome hosting Attila gold-copper-silver showing. This SW striking volcanic dome & dacite flow contact is 2.5 km long and a tuff horizon lies in its northeast extent. To the southwest, where this prospective contact hits the Opinaca fault lies the most interesting VLF anomaly drill target, at least 500 m long, open to the east and located 120 north of a 3.17 g/t Au outcrop, north of Opinaca fault and major 5 km long sericite alteration corridor. Opinaca gold showing (previously up to 3.17 g/Au) shows blue quartz eye sericite schists with 2-10% pyrite & chalcopyrite traces. Annuncio • Jun 08
Dios Exploration Inc. Plans Drilling Campaign for Next Quarter on K2 Wholly-Owned Gold Property Dios Exploration Inc. is planning a drilling campaign for next quarter on K2 wholly-owned gold property and permitting is currently being prepared. For this time of the year, focus will be mainly on Sesame gold Target, a 2 km long by 200-400 m wide NE striking airborne IP anomaly, north of Kali pluton, 3.2 km up-ice of crumbly sericite enriched and carbonated felsic floats with 1-3% pyrite & quartz stringers that yielded up to 6.72 g/t Au, 29 g/t Ag, 0.2 % Cu, in perfect line up-ice of Wi-target goldbearing glacial drumlins (10-283 ppb Au in B-horizon). The K2 property (no royalties), adjacent in same trend west-southwest to Azimut Exploration Inc.'s Elmer project, is underlain by same stratigraphy. During planning meeting for summer-fall work, the board of Directors granted 1.15 million five-year stock options at 10 cents per share under the company's director, employee and consultant incentive stock option plan. The options granted to any Director, Officer, Employee or Consultant must vest in stages over eighteen (18) months, with 15% of the options vesting over a three (3) month period, at the exception of 10% of the options granted which may be exercised by the optionee from the date of grant. DIOS Discovers a Major Gold Target in Volcanics Hosting a Large Airborne IP on K2, WSW of Azimut’s Discovery Dios Exploration Inc. announced to have uncovered a major 3 km long gold glacial train (B-horizon and boulders) targeting a significant source in a large volcanic hosted airborne IP on wholly-owned K2 property, west-southwest of Azimut’s Elmer gold property, James Bay Eeyou Istchee, QC. The Sesame gold Target is a 2 km long by 200-400 m wide NE striking airborne IP anomaly, north of Kali pluton, 3.2 km up-ice of crumbly sericite enriched and carbonated felsic floats with 1-3% pyrite & quartz stringers that yielded up to 6.72 g/t Au, 29 g/t Ag, 0.2 %Cu, in perfect line up-ice of Wi-target goldbearing glacial drumlins (10-283 ppb Au in B-horizon). The gold train is made up of 3 such gold-in-soil clusters. See map. An independent geophysicist interpreted the Sesame anomaly as a possible hydrothermal alteration zone with minor disseminated sulfides. Effectively, previous rock geochemistry by Barrick outlined a 10 km long calcalkaline felsic sequence of folded dacites and 3 rhyolite cycles. Their most westward sampling, 4 km NE of Dios’ Sesame IP target, suggests Sesame is associated with the younger cycle 3 rhyolite, laterally hosting the Silver and West zones on Elmer property (up to 3.1 g/t Au, 18 g/t Ag and up to 4.65g/t Au, 7% Cu, 160 g/t Ag) and the Lac Boulder showing (3.57 g/t Au, 6.9 g/t Ag). The swampy Sesame target-area, directly north of synvolcanic Kali tonalite and SE of Sesame QFP, is not outcropping. Drilling is planned in the short term. Annuncio • Mar 11
Dios Exploration Inc. Announces Drill Discovery of Goldbearing Zone on K2 WI Target, Quebec Dios Exploration Inc. reported partial results with a first gold-bearing zone discovered by drilling the WI TARGET area, first ever drilling on wholly-owned K2 property, directly southwest of Azimut’s Elmer gold property, James Bay Eeyou Istchee, Quebec. More precisely on PP-1 anomaly, 1.5 km west of Kali intrusive, in a poorly outcropping area, hole K2-2020-01 intersected medium-coarse grained tonalite returning 8.92 g/t gold over /1m (352-353m) in contact with a strongly foliated mafic dyke with 0.5% pyrite-pyrrhotite disseminated in foliation. It is open in all directions and it seems associated with the hanging wall of a significant resistivity anomaly, at the contact between a high and low magnetic area. Located 200 m northeast, hole K2-2020-03 cut 0.5 g/t gold/1m (183-184m) in another such IP horizon, but also no volcanic rocks that could be the source of soft & crumbly mineralized/sericitic dacite boulders grading up to 6.72 g/t gold in the WI target area. Good NE up-ice targets such as the significant 10-20 meter large Curcuma shear zones and the southern contact between the Kali pluton and the adjacent volcanics (along the enriched gold-in-till drumlin) remain untested. So further soil and rock sampling and IP survey is warranted in that NE area to define further dill targets, See map. This K2-Solo claim block property wholly owned by Dios without any royalties covers 83.5 hectares (158 claims). There were extremely long delays at the assay office in Val d’Or ALS but results should get out sooner now. Drilling is already planned for next quarters. Several other areas of K2 gold property warrant further ground investigations, prospecting and drilling. Annuncio • Dec 19
Dios Exploration Inc. Hits Mineralized Zones in the 2 Drill Holes Completed on Attila, Eastern Part of K2 Gold Project, Quebec Dios Exploration Inc. report first ever exploratory drilling is completed in Attila area with the two drill holes hitting mineralized zones in this eastern part of K2 project, James Bay Eeyou Istchee, Quebec, south-west of Azimut Exploration’s Patwon gold discovery. These two holes, totaling 492 m, were drilled on Attila-South and Attila-North targets, composed of fractured silicified and sericitized dacite injected by 1% to 7% quartz-chlorite-pyrite stringers associated with widespread 1 to 3% disseminated pyrite and traces of chalcopyrite over an area of 400 m x 500 m. Targeting by drilling southward Attila-South and associated gold-copper-zinc soil anomalies, hole nine cut a thick dacite sequence hosting numerous mineralized intervals varying between 15 to 40 meters thick and bottomed down in mineralized sericitized diorite with 1-5% disseminated pyrite for the last 13 m, still open at depth at 312 m. Testing northward the Attila-North target, hole ten hit a similar dacite sequence with several mineralized intervals between 22 to 46 meters thick and also ended in chloritized and silicified diorite with 1-3% disseminated pyrite for the last 7 m, still mineralized at 180 m. Both mineralized Attila zones remain open, warranting further drilling. Annuncio • Nov 20
Dios Exploration Inc. Announces Drilling Update on DIOS’ K2 Gold Project, Quebec cDios Exploration Inc. announced to update current first ever cdrilling on wholly-owned K2 gold project (no royalties), James Bay Eeyou Istchee, Quebec. Dios completed six drill holes totaling 1761 meters testing 3 different geophysical targets (PP1, PP2, PP5) over a 500m by 1.5 km sector in non-outcropping WI-TARGET area. Many mineralized altered zones were observed in the core. Part of core samples is already sent for gold assaying in Val d’Or ALS. two more holes are planned on PP5 and two more on ATTILA target located 7km east. At the margins of a significant corridor (3 km long by 50- 250 meters wide, poorly resistive) were outlined five areas of ground IP anomalies, PP1 being adjacent to: (1) gold-in-soil anomalies (10 to 283 parts per billion gold); (2) sericite altered glacial floats with 1-2% pyrite-pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite & quartz stringers up to 6.72 grams/ton gold. PP5 (weak 600 m long anomaly) is coincidental with a deep VTEM conductor (within less resistive corridor) just north of a tonalitic apophysis contact entering towards west. Sub-parallel 400 m long PP2 anomaly was identified 1 km west of, and in strike with, the Cinnamon gold showing (east-west shear within tonalite with 1-2% pyrite grading up to 10 g/t gold & 1.81 g/t Au). PP-2 is located south of sheared altered poorly resistive corridor in volcanic-gabbro domain, at the margin of the tonalite apophysis. On PP1, holes 01 to 03 intersected synvolcanic porphyric diorite injected by basic and gabbroic dykes. Several foliated sericitized sections of diorite host 1-3% quartz stringers and veinlets & 1-2% pyrite up to 20m thick. On PP2, holes 04&05 intersected different 15-40 meters thick sections of fractured gabbro injected by 1-3% quartz stringers, with 1-3% pyrrhotite and 1% pyrite. A gabbro cut by a 30m-thick shear zone with 1-5% quartz-carbonate stringers & tr-1% pyrite was also observed south of PP2 anomaly. On PP5, injected within biotite tonalite, a foliated carbonated basic dyke hosts 1-4% quartz-carbonate-pyrite veinlets & 1-5% disseminated pyrite over 8 meter of hole 06. Among other targets is ATTILA gold-copper-silver prospect hosted in a fractured rhyodacite dome overlying Kali Porphyry to the south, (chalcopyrite-rich stringer/stockwork over 75 m long and 5 to 15 m wide, up to8.08 g/t gold, 96.7 g/t silver, 2.43% Cu, south-west of Azimut Exploration’s Patwon gold discovery.
