Announces Executive Changes MiniLuxe Holding Corp. announced that the board and Ms. Krislock came to mutual agreement that it would be a good time to formally transition Ms. Krislock’s CEO role and responsibilities. Effective immediately, Anthony Tjan, the company’s co-founder and Executive Chairman, will assume the role of interim-CEO.
