Volt Group Limited Announces Appointment of James Garwood as Independent Non-Executive Director Volt Group Limited had appointed Mr. James Garwood as an Independent Non-Executive Director to assist the Company to execute its sales growth strategy across EcoQuip, Wescone and 4D Delta. Mr. Garwood’s significant experience will strengthen the Company in three key areas: established senior-level relationships across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 mining customers; extensive experience in resource sector product evaluation and technology procurement; and broad cross-functional executive leadership experience to support the Company’s growth strategy as it scales its sales, commercial and manufacturing operations. Mr. Garwood currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Digital Alternative; a technology and services business focused on the mining and mining services sectors. Mr. Garwood had previously served as Chief Business Officer (Executive Committee), Liontown Resources, Head of Global PMO and Deployment, BHP Operating System, BHP Group, and held historical roles at Broadspectrum /Ferrovial Services and BHP Billiton including group-wide programmes delivering significant annual cost reductions. Mr. Garwood currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Digital Alternative; a technology and services business focused on the mining and mining services sectors. James will continue his current CEO role alongside this appointment.
