Runway Growth Finance Corp. The transaction is expected to be accretive to net investment income. On December 2, 2025, the early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 was granted. As of March 31, 2026, majority shareholders of SWK approved the transaction.
